Fabulous dinner cruise. Open bar, band and great food. Dancing and firework show was enjoyed. Staff was very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

So much fun!! We would totally do this again!

The tour was great, and amazing views. The Service was quick, and the staff was amazing. Definitely would recommend.

The experience was far from comfortable. It was so cold inside the venue that nearly three‑quarters of the guests chose to stay outdoors until the meal was served, and most left again right after eating. That alone made the event feel disconnected and awkward. Unfortunately, the DJ only made things worse—the music selection and overall performance were terrible, which really dragged down the energy of the night.

It was a good time with good food! Had a wonderful time with family and the music was pretty good too!

Parking options are ridiculous. I would recommend getting to the cruise 1 hour ahead of requested time. Then maybe you can find a place to park where your not walking a half a mile to the Ship. Directions that the email you need to have a map attached and a 3rd option for parking because the two they offer were not available. Cruise was a 7/10 due to the weather but dinner and service was a 10/10. I was hoping they would offer some type of discount due to be docked for 90% of the crise due to weather. I understand weather is not in anyone's control but some type of discount would have been the right thing to due since the Cruise part was nonexistent.

Great and tentative wait staff. Live music was played on the main deck once we set sail. It was excellent and gave off a great vibe. We were served a 3 course meal. Dinner was good. After dinner, the music switched to guest requests on the main level, while the upper viewing deck was used as a dance floor with a dance club vibe. I think everyone aboard enjoyed the experience.

Bring sweater. Enjoyed it! First time on a boat. !!! The singer , CREW AND SERVICE was PHENOMENAL!!!!

From boarding through the entire trip, the crew on Solaris were fantastic and tactfully engaging. Michael was our server. He was attentive, professional and still friendly. He kept us informed of upcoming times for each course of the meal, so that we could be sure to be back from exploring the spotlessly clean three decks of the ship. We ordered the crab cakes and beef short ribs. The food was authentic and didn’t taste like typical Sisco Food which was nice for a change. The band was really good and played music that almost anyone would enjoy and dance to! Dancing on the top deck after the sun went down was so much fun with the lights of Destin in the distance. On Tuesdays in the summer there are even a fireworks on the shore! The only issue we had at all was parking. They really don’t emphasize it enough in their introductory email. Parking is VERY limited and we arrived over an hour early. The short explanation in the email about overflow parking in Baytowne Village doesn’t include a map. We didn’t know the area at all and had no idea we’d be walking a good 1/2-3/4 of a mile in high heals. Still, the trip was WELL worth it! I’d recommend it to anyone. We’ve done dinner cruises all over the world and this one is truly one of the very best! The bay is stunning both in the day and at night. The staff and crew are wonderful, the food is fabulous, the boat is immaculate, and the music was classy and fun. You gotta go!!

If you choose to do this(please don’t) Food was awful. I could taste the freezer the Catch of the day was in. I’ve had beef jerkey that was more tender than the braised ribs. Window seat features another couple 1 foot away from you and a server that forgets you. Don’t upgrade anything. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go.
