Ahmed and Esraa from Egypt's Best Tours were wonderful and knowledgeable guides who opened our eyes to some of Egypt's most beautiful sites. Beyond that, the Mövenpick Royal Lily was an excellent way to relax after the activity and bustle of our daily tours, and we enjoyed socializing and resting as the Nile floated by. You won't regret this booking!
At first, I was a bit worried when making the booking, as many details weren't very clear. But very soon, I was added to the travel agency's WhatsApp. Hazem is a very attentive and thoughtful person. He was on line almost 24/7 and quickly answered all my questions. He arranged the itineraries for me. The cruise he recommended was very luxurious, well-equipped, and clean. The staff on board were also very friendly. The staff on board were also very warm and welcoming. they prepared a birthday party for my husband. The sightseeing at each attraction was also fantastic. The driver and guide were always on time for pick-up and drop-off. The vehicles were very clean, and the guides provided detailed explanations of the history and stories behind each temple. The best part was the hot air balloon ride in the Valley of the Kings. Hazem arranged for me to see the sunrise. Due to wind conditions, it was canceled for two consecutive days, but Hazem promptly adjusted the plans. Finally, on the third day, the hot air balloon took off successfully.
