Tour guides are well coordinated, very knowledgeable of the Chilean ecosystems. The guides are friendly, multilingual, & good at taking photos. They also give you a glimpse into the indigenous cultural beliefs, which I genuinely appreciated. I think they nailed down the time spent in each location. At first, I thought oh this is too short, but then the wind and sand hits you and your like oh yeah Franseca is right, 28 min is actually long enough. I also appreciate the bathroom breaks and the what to bring advice. There is so much to see, I was glad to have a trusted team available.so I could sit back, relax, not think about out and just be present and enjoy my surroundings

I really liked the experience, the tours were great, but Muchaca is the most beautiful and Guide Brandon on this tour was patient and very caring with us. The astronomical event was beautiful, but the food was little; there were 34 of us and the snack was calculated for 12. Overall the company is good and the food excellent on other trips. And do the Talabre tour!

I had unforgettable moments in Atacama, and choosing Pukarumi made all the difference. I did the tours Astronomical Tour, Rainbow Valley, Moon Valley, Piedras Rojas, Tatio Geysers, and Hidden Lagoons of Baltinache, and also arranged the round-trip transfer from Calama airport with them. From the first service to the last (when due to flight problems I had to change the transfer time several times) I had all the attention of the team. The drivers and guides Aslye, Isidora, and Cristopher were wonderful, always very punctual for the pickup time for the tours, great explanations of every important moment of the visited place, besides being great photographers too hahahaa The breakfasts, lunches, and snacks were also always very tasty, always respecting our dietary restriction (vegan) mentioned from the first contact. It couldn't have been a better experience. I will certainly recommend Pukarumi whenever I can.

There was never any rush and they always resolved all my concerns on the route. The best gastronomic recommendations in the area. Don't waste time looking elsewhere. I will keep you in my heart.

We did the 3 day tour in San Pedro de Atacama with the team at Pukarumi. Every activity was well organised and we received timely updates about the itinerary and what to bring. The guides and drivers were excellent and provided an attentive and personal service. We did 3 tours with Andres and one with Ana. Both were very knowledgeable and explained the tour and the history, geology and details of the respective sites. The food and drink at our rest stops was incredible and was prepared by our guides and drivers. We could not have asked for more and will certainly use Pukarumi when we return to the Atacama. What a wonderful experience.
