Initially we booked with Viator, but 10 days before they informed us that they had broken off relations with them and that we had to cancel the reservation, something that had never been communicated to us. Malak offered us to book directly for 650 USD for two people, all inclusive except for the entrance fees to the temples, including Abu Simbel. At no point did he indicate to us that this excursion would be without a guide. Furthermore, he assured us that we did not have to pay anything until we saw the boat and that we could pay by card. However, on the day of boarding, the guide demanded we pay $750 USD in cash, trying to charge us $100 USD more than agreed. We had to show the WhatsApp conversations where the agreed price appeared so that he would finally respect it. To pay by card, they took us to an alabaster shop, without having previously seen the room. The boat, which was supposedly 5-star, seemed quite modest to us. It had a pool and the food was good, although the buffet had little variety and the desserts had practically no flavor. In addition, tips were constantly requested. The rest of the excursions followed the planned itinerary, but in Abu Simbel we discovered upon arrival that we did not have a guide, something we had also not been informed of. The worst part, without a doubt, has been the lack of transparency, communication, and organization. We had to be constantly chasing Malak to know schedules and basic details. If we hadn't saved the conversations, we probably would have ended up paying more than agreed. An experience that, because of everything that happened, we cannot recommend.

Omitting the monuments and the cultural heritage of the country… Terrible organization, we have had to insist a lot to receive instructions always on the fly to know where and how they were picking us up for the visits. From the very first moment, we were insisted upon to cancel with Tripadvisor and pay in cash with its respective price increase. The guides barely spoke Spanish and, furthermore, during the explanations, each guide kept making up their own version of the stories of the temples and the gods. The boat was very average and the food was quite unvaried. It does not include admission to the temples or monuments. We do not recommend it, especially if it is your first time in Egypt; it is quite complicated to deal with the locals and they always end up scamming you out of something every time you take out your wallet. The organizer barely speaks Spanish and gives very vague instructions that we have had to interpret, and I repeat, he always notified us of everything shortly before the pickup or the departure in question.

The tour was amazing. Malak (the owner) was very helpful and guided me throughout Luxor, and made sure not to leave until I told him the cruise was okay. He called me daily to confirm that everything went well throughout the tour. Also, Peter (the tour guide) was more than perfect.

Last month we go to Luxor and aswan We enjoyed the sunrise hot air balloon It was amazing then we visit karnak and Luxor temple then we start our nile cruise trip to aswan it was very comfortable and clean we visited edfo temple with a carriage and finally we reach aswan and go to abu simble temple and our representative silvy was following with us during the tour at all thanks for her we will come again to repeat it again next year

Super exciting experience- we were helped with tours and finalized the trip with a Nile activity- could not have been more helpful. The company was trustworthy and always delivered- we were very pleased with his service. Will definitely use again!

Malak was an excellent coordinator for the cruise. Despite of I was sick, the cruise was amazing and also the tours!

Malak Tours was helpful at all time even when there were last minutes changes. The can arrange easily different type of tours. I took 3 nights Nile cruise and hot air ballon ride, everything went smooth. There were some entrances to temples and tour guide tip not included but affordable. I’d suggest to ask if possible to hire a guide who speaks your native language to have a better learning about the rich history of this country .

Very well organized tour during which we had the full support of Malak and his team. Private driver picked us up and guided at every location. No issues and good value for money. Highly recommended!!
