our tour guide Omar did not finish the tour. He and a driver picked us up from the ship, and at the end of the tour Omar tasked a young man working at the restaurant to guide us back to our ship. Omar and the driver should have delivered us back to the ship instead we had to walk back..

Thank you for your feedback. We would just like to clarify that the tour booked was a 3-hour walking tour, while Omar stayed with you for more than 5 hours, going well beyond the scheduled time. He also accompanied you to the restaurant and helped arrange your meal. Normally, the tour would have finished before the restaurant visit. At the restaurant, Omar asked a member of the staff to assist you in returning to the port. We are sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding the return to the ship

Very disappointing experience
The tour operator never showed up, and and did not provide me with any explanation. I reached out to the Viator rep and they were unable to get in touch with the tour operator. Very disappointed.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed. However, we would like to clarify that our guide was at the hotel and waited for approximately 35 minutes. We also tried calling you and sent several WhatsApp messages, but unfortunately we did not receive a response.
We were ready and available to provide your tour as scheduled, but without being able to reach you, we could not proceed. We regret that the tour did not take place and wish we could have resolved the situation at the time.

Private Tour is the Way to Go
Badro’s tour was very informative and took us to all corners of the Kaaba and Medina. The private nature of the tour made it much more informative than larger group tours. We had a choice between the cruise ship’s excursion or a private tour and we made the best decision without a doubt. We talked with others on the ship that took the excursion, and they said the large group plus the very narrow passages in the Kaaba made it impossible to hear what their guide was saying. We had no such problem, and Badro was the perfect guide and perfect gentleman. We highly recommend him.

Perfect introduction to Tangier
