Everything from beginning to end was completely taken care of with great detail. Communication was amazing via whatsapp and their English was of high standard. We knew what to expect and they delivered exactly what was promised! Furthermore the people who went on our trek were the sweetest and caring we’ve seen in all of Indonesia! What was furthermore very nice to see, was how they were very aware of the environment and the forest itself. Unlike other operators we saw on our trek, they were very conscientious about the animals and their habitat. Ethically very responsible. We all bonded on our trek with the other people and the guides. Felt safe while also adventurous. As for the food they had loads of options, ranging from vegetarian to gluten free! To all tourist this is the best recommendation I can give. We found it via chat gpt, and didn’t regret a single thing.
Our orangutan jungle trekking experience was absolutely amazing! We saw so many monkeys, including several orangutans up close, which made the experience truly unforgettable. Karan and Iky took excellent care of us throughout the trek. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure we felt safe and comfortable while also giving us the best opportunities to see the wildlife. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and something we will remember for a very long time. Highly recommended! 🦧🌿
I did the 3D 2N trek and I had the best time ever. The communication with Dedek during booking, before, during and after the trek was fast, clear and super welcoming. The pick up at my hotel was super easy and the team in Bukit Lawang was very friendly and helpful. 😊 My room was nice and I had everything that I needed. I went into the jungle with the guides Nasir and Rahmat. They were both super funny, knew the jungle very well and I felt safe as a female solo traveller. The food during the trek was truly amazing and ae were very lucky to see 15 Orangutans and a lot of other animals. 🦧 I would recommend this company to everyone because there was nothing missing and I couldn’t have wished for a better company to do my jungle adventure with. 😊

My 3D2N jungle trekking experience in Bukit Lawang with Sumatra Orangutan Trekking was absolutely incredible and truly one of the best experiences of my life. First, I want to thank Dedek for always being available, answering all my questions, and helping me feel well prepared before the trek. The communication and organization were excellent from the beginning. A very special thank you to Nasir and Rahmat, who were amazing guides throughout the whole adventure. Thanks to their knowledge, patience, and experience, I was able to see many orangutans, including babies and the big male orangutan. We also saw snakes, hornbills, different monkeys, and many beautiful plants and details of the jungle that I would have never noticed without them. And of course, thank you to Indra, also known as Mama Jungle, for always preparing the best jungle food in the world. Every meal was delicious and made the experience even more special. The trek was beautiful, exciting, safe, and unforgettable. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Sumatra. It is not just a tour; it is a real jungle adventure that I will remember forever.

Just finished 3D2N with Karan & Eza. Not one to hyperbole, but these two were outstanding, and both them, and the company, really took care of us. Karan & Eza took time to tell us about the jungle, kept us safe, and most importantly provided top entertainment and orangutan sights. Ripping up floorboards to find lost goods, carefully attending to a sickly campmate, and diving to save toppling trekkers demonstrated how willing they were to go above and beyond expectations. 5/5 - had a great experience and will be recommending to everyone back home.

Everything was just perfect from the first contact via email and then WhatsApp. Super fast answers, clear descriptions of the options. Easy handling of the payments, flawless pickup and drop-off at the airport based on our schedule. Our guides Waka and Edja were so amazing. Super professional, passionate of their jungle and animals, total respect for the environment and the habitat. We made friends! We did 2 nights 3 days. We saw 10 Ourang Utang and all the main monkeys. Perfect experience with loads of explanations and insights. Food is absolutely amazing and generous. We just loved our experience. This company is great to book with. The experience was amazing and they’re basically a full fledged travel agency that can help you with just about everything. The trek was perfect, we saw so many orangutan as well as tortoise, gibbons, monkeys of all kinds, peacock etc. our guide was helpful and helped us to get some great photos. The campsites were definitely rustic so just be aware of that and make sure you’re comfortable with true camping! No glamping here lol. Our plans changed several times and all we had to do was text the WhatsApp and they were able to help us book hotels before and after the trek, car transport to multiple regions and an extra tour to see the famous corpse flower/amorphophallus titanus blooming! The what’s app number is very responsive, clear with pricing and amendable to changes. Great company to work with!

Unbelievable experience, we saw so many different animals and multiple orangutan sightings every day. The guides were brilliant - very knowledgeable, entertaining and safe so a massive thank you to Waka and Rizky they were excellent. Food and accommodation was as good as it gets in the middle of the jungle!

Guides were amazing and go above and beyond :) highlight were the orangutan nother and baby at camp 2 My advice if you sweat alot bring electrolytes with you
