This was definitely the best way to see the many highlights of Florence and learn so much information about each place. Our guide, Irina, was excellent! She was high energy, extremely knowledgeable, nearly flawless English. She also kept a very good pace and seemed to know when and where to avoid crowds.
Irena is an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable, took the time to show us the little nuances of the city, never felt rushed or scripted either. She is passionate about history and art, but it was not about her - it was tailored to what we knew, wanted to understand, and had an interest in. We highly recommend Irena. We had a small group of 4 of us - enjoyed every minute with her. The kind of person you would love to sit down with for dinner.
