We were seated on the back which, ordinarily, would have been fine if, like the majority of carts, it had a protective roof. Given that it was 30oc we were seated under a clear plastic tarpaulin (the rest of the cart had flimsy material covering the roof which offered no protection from the raging sun) which only magnified the sun!!! We had to alight after 30mins as it was too hot to continue the trip. I had requested a refund for the hour not used and were refused - typical greedy tour operator. I shall be therefore raising a dispute with my card operator instead.

The online booking was simple and quick. I chose the "Tour of the 3 Neighborhoods" and it was a truly interesting tour. A special shout-out to Valentino, an excellent guide: knowledgeable, friendly, and always available. There was also plenty of time to take beautiful photos. Highly recommended!

When I booked this trip I reckoned it would be a good way to fill an hour and a half, as it was it turned out to be one of the highlights of our holiday. The amount of information we received, places of interest we encountered and the incredible history, old and new, that we learned about Krakow was incredible. Our driver/guide,Valentino, was excellent, knowledgable and humorous and genuinely appeared to enjoy what he was doing. We had been in Krakow for a couple of days prior to this trip and thought by this point we had seen just about everything worth seeing, well this trip told us otherwise and has convinced us that a further trip is definitely required at some point. I would certainly recommend taking this trip!

Informative tour covering all sectors of current Krakow and history. Small group, could hear commentary well. It was a mild sunny day as cart was open was enjoyable and we could easily take pictures. Tour was on time and guide was accomodating

This tour was… fine. Very fast, surface level tour of the city in about 1.5 hrs. It covers a lot of ground quickly, which would be hard to do on foot. But for the most part the tour consisted of the guide driving to a spot, and saying “here is a [insert landmark] and i will play about it.” Then he would play an audio recording that gave a basic description of what we were looking at. Each stop was maybe a minute or two, then driving to another spot. Never stopped to get out for photos, no in depth anything. I feel like for the $85 usd for two we paid, we could have done better. If you want to quickly see a lot of the city, it’s alright. If you want anything in depth probably not worth it.

A lot cheaper to book through Trip Adviser. It costs More than double the price to purchase near the main square, would advise to double check if it is a bargain before handing over money. Brilliant way to see the main areas without too much walking. The first cart was full so a second cart was used and there was only the 2 of us on it so worked out great for us. Our guide Martina was very good. She was fun and informative. Stopped at a couple of points for photos and Quick Look around some the churches.

Okish tour but tour guide wasn't that informative. When you book this trip, in the itinerary it doesn't state you go thru the old town, but on the description it does and I don't remember even going through the Old Town, so very confusing. Also confusing to find where the tour started from. Apart from the above it was ok.

This tour is a great way to see all parts of Krakow at a high-level and a very short period of time. Highly recommend.

Easy way to get an overview of city. Gave good for food suggestions. More spontaneous than most guides but we know he was never from Poland.
