Güfte transformed our travel across Turkey from blind chaos to a comfortable, informed, delightful experience. We not only learned so much about the Roman cities and early Christian sites, we also stopped at delightful lunch spots with cool breezes, waterfalls, roaming Turkish cats and even a mandolin player. Güfte is also very flexible, alternating stops to meet our interests (like shopping!). A total pleasure to spend our days with her!

We enjoyed the 3 days in Ephesus and Pamukkale. Guffte is a knowledgeable guide, who packed a lot into our tour. We were able to modify the tour according to our likes, which was great for us. Transportation was also excellent and everything was done on time and in a professional manner.

Exceptionally friendly, efficient and reliable, both advance communication and for the tour days themselves. Deeply knowledgeable and professional guides, inspiring in their passion for the history of the area. Ephesus is great but Aphrodisias is on a different level again and it’s one decision you will not regret! Also worth mentioning this is a woman-owned business in what appears to be a very male-dominated sector, very much something to celebrate and support. You won’t be disappointed if you use this company!

We had a very pleasant time with the excellent guide Yavuz to explore these three sites that are Priene, Miletus and Didyme. Three sites too often neglected to the detriment of Ephesus, they more than deserve the detour. Through his anecdotes, detailed description of historical facts and humor, Yavuz immersed us in the history of these wonderful sites not to be missed. As for organization, everything was perfect from start to finish. That is why we highly recommend Puerto Travel Turkey and our guide Yavuz.
