I bought this three hour introduction to Chinese dumplings as a birthday gift for my daughter. I knew it was something that we would both enjoy and tje fact that we would get to eat our creations was an added bonus. Pan welcomed us into her home like old friends, her demeanour was warm. We found her willingness to share her space, knowledge and Chinese tea was both heartening and refreshing. I found her brief introduction to the history of dumplings was very interesting. Pan showed us how to prepare the dough as well as three tasty fillings. We had a wonderful experience and I thought the cost was very reasonable for the time we were there. I would definitely recommend this course!!

Absolutely sensational experience! I booked this for my girlfriend’s birthday as we have a love for Asian food. From the moment we entered Pan was so welcoming. She taught us the history of dumplings in China, we had a great laugh and made 3 different types of dumplings, all of them delicious. Thank you for making my girlfriends birthday special!

I attended a three-hour Chinese dumpling class with Pan, a wonderful teacher. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Pan explained everything so clearly, and I understood every step. I really enjoyed the class, and the dumplings were absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to make them again at home.

Wonderful weekend experience. Pan is a great host and teacher, the food was delicious, and we learned so much about the different recipes and techniques. An enjoyable way to learn something new and useful.

We learned how to make Dim Sum with the help of Pan's detailed instructions. This a course where you have to do a lot of the work, which is great for learning. Pan is super friendly and has a lovely house.

Truly fantastic! Pan was a wonderful teacher and host. We went as a family with our 9 year old daughter and all three of us learned so much, made delicious food and had a brilliant time. We can't wait to make more dumplings at home soon!
