Fantastic experience with the bukitlawangtour guys!! Haikal and Agus accompanied us for 3 days and 2 nights in the jungle giving us unique emotions and experiences! Super recommended!!!

Great experience. Haikal & Anto were a very informative guide. They were friendly and helpful and we saw a lot of animals. Definitely recommendable!

Ian team was great! Everyone helped out so much- did not feel rushed while hiking and f wit very safe. Our guides were very knowledgeable about the jungle and all the animals. Had an amazing time.

First of all: The only reason I didn’t award 5 stars is because I and unfortunately my whole group got food poisoning on the last night of the trek and I was so bad that I’m really happy to have come back safe. Something was probably wrong with the dinner last night, a pity... But apart from that, the tour was amazing! We saw so many orangutans and the jungle experience was so intense and beautiful. On the first two days we trekked through the jungle for about 6-7 hours each, which was really exhausting because you had to climb real hard. But it was worth it because it was unforgettable and the monkey encounters were unique! Plus our great guides! A huge compliment at this point also to Andy, who didn't leave my side on the jungle hikes, but the whole team was incredibly great! Many thanks also to Dieki, who enabled me to easily postpone my tour one day behind, because I arrived in Sumatra one day later due to flight cancellations and would otherwise have missed the whole tour. I was incredibly grateful about that and this is not to be beaten at "Service".:) I can only recommend the tour to anyone and despite the unpleasant ending (again here the whole team helped me to get back to civilization in my state) I am glad to have made it. The animal encounters, the jungle, the team - everything has made the memory unforgettable. Thank you!!

Ezzy and Rama were great guides! I did the 3D/2N and saw lots of monkeys and orangutans and the guides also showed us all the trees and plants. Highly recommend this tour.

The tour of three days and two nights went great! Many thanks to Haikal, Alwuit and Asril who were bosses during the stay! We ate great food and the trek was neat. There is unlimited fruit and meals are varied and delicious. Unbeatable Price quality ratio! We've seen lots of monkeys, orang-utans, gibbons... Amazing - an experience to live. The first day is quite quiet, sportingly speaking. The second day is more athletic. The two spots to sleep are amazing, but the second place is amazing with a huge river. We were able to lounge and swim there all morning on the third day, after a short detour to a waterfall next door. It is possible to arrange transport with them - the driver was super friendly and picked us up from the airport. There was a little bit of a guesthouse booking snag but nothing bad.

The jungle trekking itself was amazing, although much more physically demanding than anyone in my group expected. I was somewhat disappointed that the third day had no trekking though, just hanging out at a big camp next to a river until the rafting - for three days of trekking you need to book the 4 day package. However, I booked through this company on Viator and they put me on a different company's tour. The other company was fantastic, but with my company it felt incredibly disorganized before I left. I asked multiple times for details on what to pack and where to meet, and was blown off twice after they had scheduled in-person meetings to discuss the trekking beforehand. To their credit, I booked transport back to Medan through them after the trekking and that was fast, efficient, and hassle-free. Also heads up for other solo travellers, it's two people to a bug net at night so be prepared to sleep next to a stranger.

Amazing experience. We expected it to be scary, but it wasn’t at all. Haikal and Anto were awesome guides, always helpful and looking after our team. Food was great, Hikes were short but quite hard because of altitude differences. I liked swimming in the river the best.

It was 3 great days. Fantastic tour, lots of Orang Utangs seen and other monkeys. Very nice tour guides Haikal and Anto! Definitely recommended.
