Never showed up. Waited 25 minutes at the designated location and finally had to take a cab. Now in the process of trying to get a refund from Viator.

Our driver was at the airport waiting for us when we arrived. I would have liked to have had the return trip pickup time a little earlier, but we arrived on time for our flight. The van was clean and nice.

<p>Drive from airport to hotel was not very efficient. Driver was not very friendly. Drive from hotel to airport was better. Driver was on time and car was nice. Neither leg of our drive included the free water, etc. mentioned in the description. The driver back to the airport kept insisting that we needed to pay for the trip, but we had paid for a round trip when we booked the transportation online.</p>

<p>Awesome! So glad we booked this! My husband and I didn’t have to worry about transportation to and from the airport and the drivers were very friendly. Also this is way cheaper than getting a taxi from the actual hotel! Great bang for your buck!</p>

<p>I always use VIATOR when travelling to and from airports and as always the service was spot on. Our flight was delayed by one hour but our driver was waiting in arrivals. He helped us with our luggage and when we were in the car gave us a little gift bag of water, tissues, crackers and sweets. it was a lovely touch. He dropped us to the door of our hotel and again helped with luggage and arranged to pick us up again 10 days later. at 1pm. He was there for us at 12.55pm.I am very immpressed with the fleet of cars VIATOR use in all the countries I have been to. Well done VIATOR.</p>

<p>The driver was on time and greeted me with a smile! When my friend flight was delayed till the next day he made arrangement to pick her up himself so I didn't have to call the service or anything. He verified the return flight and was at the hotel waiting when we came down. Highly recommend it. One tip though, the voucher and trip get deleted from the viator app after the initial pick up so make sure and keep a copy of the number if you have to reach them .</p>

<p>Martin the driver was amazing and very friendly. Great conversationalist and gave many pointers in the city as it was my 1st time there. I would recommend this company anytime and would use their services again.</p>

<p>Fantastic - no problems - cars were clean - drivers were dead on time and very friendly - the hotel phoned them on our departure date to ask if we could get an earlier pick-up time then arranged and it wasn't a problem - highly recommend this company.</p>

<p>Would recommend this to get you to and from the airport, the Taxi was waiting at the airport and signage held up by taxi driver was large and easy to see. Help take all the cases to the taxi and when we arrived at the Hotel he took all the cases to the hotel lobby.<br/> Taxi to airport arrived on time and the driver was very pleasant, arrived in lots of time for plane to UK and very pleasant drive to the airport.</p>

<p>This is always the best option to to go from the airport to your hotel after a long trip to get there. The chauffeur are kind and friendly, great cars, amazing service... Totally worthy.</p>
