Kan was our guide, he’s nice, funny, relatable and patient. We had a very nice family trip. The group size was 11 people, four families. By the end of the trip, everyone is familiar with other members in the group. Quite a nice and lovely experience. Would highly recommend this trip.
Lisa is a really intense tour guide，she lead customers travel around the Jasper national park. As a knowledgeable guide， she always gives a brief talk on the history of the view spots.
I have done many tours with Viator and I was really happy with it. But this time was an exception.. Points were covered but there were multiple issues.. When I booked the tour I have been told that we will get pickup from calgary downtown. When I got the confirmation from tour operators they told us that pickup is only from airport and we accepted it. There was no mention about the hotels or iternary in the confirmation.. As per this confirmation driver was suppose to pick us from airport. We were running late by 10 15 minutes. We have informed driver and also tour operators. But driver said he will stop only for 10 mins.. finally he left from airport and told us to wait until 2pm for next bus. Seriously? You expect someone to wait for bus for 4 hours?? First day was suppose to be tour in Calgary but we were in hotel for whole day doing nothing. No one even contacted us on first day. Hotel accommodation washed for Next day we went to Jasper for a stay but hotel accommodation was really bad. Hotel location was good but no coffee or water provided in the room. Whereas for other members on the tour were provided good hotel including kettle stove cutlery everything. Not sure why accommodation was given different to different people.. It will

Airport Pickup Delay: We understand that you informed us at the appointed time that you would be 10-15 minutes late. Please understand that we had other guests who were on time, and the driver could only wait for 10 minutes. Unfortunately, you had to wait two hours for the next bus. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused. First Day Free Time: The first day in Calgary is designed as a free day to allow our guests who have taken long flights to rest and recuperate. We apologize if you cannot enjoy your day in Calgary. Inconsistent Hotel Accommodation: We understand your concern about the varying amenities provided at the hotel in Jasper. The availability of amenities such as coffee, water, a kettle, and cutlery depends on the hotel's availability. If you have special requests, we recommend contacting the hotel front desk for assistance. The Chinese tour guide, Lisa, from Westar Travel toke care of the tour group meticulously and was able to introduce the features and history of each attraction to the tour group in both Chinese and fluent English. The whole tour is great! Our tour guide Lisa is knowledgeable and willing to share lots of her experience and tidbits, what she knows about the attractions to ensure we enjoy the trip with her. She is cheerful and helpful, makes good arrangements. Would recommend!
