ナイロビからの3日間のマサイマラガイド付きサファリ

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback about your Maasai Mara safari. We are delighted to hear that you found the experience both exciting and educational, as the Mara offers an incredible opportunity to experience Kenya’s wildlife up close in its natural environment. We completely understand your feelings about being close to wild animals. While these encounters are one of the most memorable parts of a safari, we also understand that they can feel intimidating and even frightening, particularly when an animal is very close to the vehicle. Guest safety is always our priority, and our guides are trained to position the vehicle responsibly and advise guests on appropriate behavior around wildlife. We are sorry to hear that some fellow passengers did not follow the guide’s safety instructions regarding the vehicle windows. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will continue reminding all guests about the importance of following the guide’s instructions and maintaining safe behavior during wildlife encounters. Keeping a safe distance where possible and following the guide’s directions helps protect both our guests and the animals. We are grateful that you shared both the exciting and challenging aspects of your experience. Feedback like yours helps us continue improving our group safari experience and ensuring that every guest feels comfortable, informed, and safe throughout their journey. Thank you once again for choosing us. We hope you will remember the Maasai Mara for the incredible wildlife encounters and educational experiences, and we would be delighted to welcome you back to Kenya for another memorable adventure in the future. Regards, Lesley
