Tried to get us to reschedule because ‘it’s better at sunrise’ bearing in mind the earliest trip they do is after sunrise. When I said I need to do it today like planned (booked for 9am) they said okay but it will be during hottest times of the day. We get picked up and it’s only us on the tour which is why they wanted us to reschedule.
Tour guides take us to a lake and ask us to get in and swim we both say no. Both tour guides jump in and just swim for like half an hour. We are just stood waiting by the quads. We tell them we want to carry on with the tour. Ten minutes later they get out and the tour continues.
We didn’t get to do the caves or the camel ride and we didn’t go to the boudin village in the desert either when I asked where the desert is I was told there’s sand here that’s a desert. I’ve been to the desert in Hurghada before three times I know I wasn’t in a desert.
End of the tour we weren’t offered by the guides to buy the pictures or videos they filmed of us during the trip. It’s been over a month of back and forth with the organiser trying to get these.
All the other quad safaris I’ve been on (this is my fourth one) have been better organised and better value for money.

Great trip
What a great, fun tour! We went as a family with children aged 6 and 11 and both thoroughly enjoyed it. The camel ride was a great addition. Excellent value for money and travel arrangements were smooth.

Great fun but charged more on arrival
Quads were great fun camel ride good
When we arrived from Jasmine palace they tried charging me an extra 30 pounds saying I only booked for 4
I refused this as I had confirmation
Then made me pay 25 pounds for transfer which was meant to be included
I payed this as they was very forceful
