We had a great experience at the camp. The tents were very well equipped and comfortable. The food provided was also very good, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. During my time there, the camp was suffering a renovation, they were building a toilet behind every tent, that will make the camp even more comfortable. Safari in Kruger was awesome, got to see the big 5 and more. Special thanks to our host, Linda, that was very nice, and welcomed us the best way possible. Definitely recommend.

Desmond made our 3-day Kruger glamping safari unforgettable. His knowledge, sharp eye for wildlife, and genuine passion for the park made every game drive exciting and informative. He created a relaxed, fun atmosphere for our group of friends and made sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend requesting him if you can!

Thomas was a great driver, easy to find and informative on giving instructions. I had a headache free travel to the Kruger national park.

Overall the experience was great, we’ve done so much! This was my first experience of this kind and I thoroughly enjoyed it, although now I would probably opt for 4 or more days to really savour the experience. Our driver from Joburg, Thomas, was very good at keeping us on track to arrive at the right time and the drive was smooth. My friend lost her phone when she left the vehicle though, and Thomas and our new driver Kovit (to go to the lodge) coordinated to meet halfway and kindly brought it back. We were all very grateful and impressed by how they dealt with the situation, they did not show frustration, just will to help. The lodge is what it is in terms of structure, but we were on a budget. If you choose a budget lodge please don’t go there to complain about not receiving a 5-star service!! We had a group of Americans staying at the same time as us and they were rude and obnoxious. We knew what we were paying for and it’s what we got. However, the added value are the lovely managers, Ian and his wife are lovely and friendly, they really make you feel you’re staying at their home! The whole staff is kind and professional, I remember Lethe and the cooks in particular being so kind and considerate. The Safari was another thing. The first one was Blue Canyon, a private reserve. We had a tracker, Wisdom, and a driver, Goodman. It felt like an adventure! The drive was fun and we were so lucky, we saw a family of cheetahs!! It was amazing. The only advise I would give is to encourage them to explain more about the animals. The other was a full day safari the day after. Our driver, Evans, knows his stuff!! We saw all the animals you can think of - the weather helped of course, but he knew the places and was very good at communicating with other drivers. He knew we were keen to see leopards and boy did we see the leopard!! We even saw her trying to hunt a steenbok, which was a big emotion I can’t describe. He told us so much about the animals and it never felt like a script. It was the most amazing experience. On our last day we did the panoramic route in the morning. On this one I recommend checking with clients what they want to see so not to rush too much. Sadly for us God’s window was a no-go because of the horrible weather, but everything else was great! We then left and another driver brought us back to Joburg. This guy was polite, but I still don’t understand - we were supposed to leave at 12:30 and we arrived at 12:10 so we had time for a toilet break and we wanted to buy something to eat on the way. He left us there to go fill up his tank and was shocked because it was time to leave, except it wasn’t because it was 12:20. What would have happened if we arrived there 5 min before, would we be still there?? Anyway, he was very polite after that and so I have no complains. The drive was smooth too.

Theodore was a fantastic driver, very patient. He was a very safe driver too and let us stop twice for breaks. I would recommend him
