ローマから田舎へ：プライベート3時間ワインテイスティングツアー

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points for future travelers. In Italy, the legal drinking age is 18, so we are unfortunately not permitted to serve wine to minors. Instead, the children in your group were offered juice together with the same selection of local snacks, ensuring they could also enjoy the tasting experience. This experience is primarily designed as a wine tasting tour for adults, and may not be the ideal choice for families with children. Regarding the itinerary, the experience is delivered exactly as described: a private transfer from Rome, a visit to the historic family-owned vineyard and its grounds, a walk through the vineyard (weather and seasonal conditions permitting), followed by a guided tasting of three local wines paired with carefully selected regional specialties. The total duration is approximately 3 hours, as advertised. We truly appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best for your future travels.

Dear Tyler, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback. We’re very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the wine, the snacks, and the comfort of the hotel pickup. It’s wonderful to know that the overall experience was a positive one. At the same time, we truly appreciate your suggestion regarding a more extended visit of the grounds and wine cellar. The winery experience is designed to focus primarily on a curated tasting led by the host, but we understand how a longer walk through the cellar or additional time exploring the property could enhance the perceived value. Your idea of enjoying an extra glass while walking the grounds is a lovely suggestion, and we will certainly share this feedback with the winery to explore ways to enrich the overall experience. Thank you again for your honest and constructive comments. We’re grateful you chose to experience the Roman countryside with us and hope to welcome you back for another memorable visit.
