I took this tour and while the destination was breathtaking, the overall experience was disappointing. The cost was much too high - what it should have been—especially for the place, even with hotel pick-up and drop-off. The trip promised a guide, but the guide spoke only broken English, so we received minimal explanations. Additionally, on the return, we were made to wait quite a long while, as he looked for one last passenger. The guide also left us feeling like we didn’t get the full experience. In short, while the views were incredible, I don’t think this particular tour was worth the price or the hassle.
At first I wasn’t very excited, but the show is very beautiful and very worth staying to watch.

The show was very nice. Small group because of rain forecast, but larger than I thought that would come out because of rain. You don’t really go to a point where the three countries meet, because that point is in the middle where two rivers converge. The guide was great.

Bad experience with the MMC of Foz... we booked the tour the day before for 16 hours, on the day of the tour they sent us messages advancing the tour, we had to fight to leave in the time we paid to go... To make it worse, the guide’s attention left much to be desired, he didn’t explain things well and was rude. We had a member who only spoke English and who bought the tour in English, and when asked, the only answer was that he would not speak English, which was Spanish or Portuguese. Time standing on the giant wheel (before the milestone) was tight. Anyway, we weren't satisfied.

Unfortunately that day it rained very hard so we could not enjoy the whole tour, but this agency was very good, super compliments and collaborators, even though they were different to the agency that did the tour to the falls helped us contact them and for them we got to know the falls. Viator must check with the subcontractor because with three borders was excellent but the agency of the falls very bad, unfortunately viator does not indicate names of the subcontracted agencies
The tour is fine. But shopping with Viator is a nightmare. On November 30th I arrived in Foz de Iguazú, I decided to schedule the next tour, when selecting my hotel for the pickup location this allowed me to do it and I continued with my reservation. The tour value was approximately 163USD. After 3 hours and a half since I purchased the tour (i.e. allowed me to buy with less than 24 hours) I receive a message saying that they did not pick me up at the hotel and that they could pick me up at customs Argentina making the proviso that times were my responsibility. Realizing it immediately I started writing with the operator saying to please change the tour because I wanted to be picked up from the hotel (that's what I paid for) I didn't get an answer, then I called the Viator line (the line is from the United States) and I answered a switch in English. In despair at the mistake generated by letting me select my hotel as a pickup location I proceeded to cancel and sought help to contact the customer service line, when he managed to contact a Spanish speaker and after explaining the case, he told me that he could not do anything because it had been canceled and the refund policies were that he lost 100% of the money and that he could not return it. I asked him not to return me but to change the tour and the answer was no and to talk to the operator, this time he gave me a number in Argentina and when calling they indicate the same, I asked that please reactivate my tour and I was looking for how to get there and the answer was that I had to pay an additional value, that value was 100 dollars arriving at customs or 175 if I wanted to be picked up at my hotel. After trying to mediate and faced with the uncomfortable situation I decided not to pay the agency again for the same tour that I had already paid for and that someone between Viator and the operator had kept the money without providing the service, regardless of the tourist experience. And all they wanted was for me to pay more money. The truth I have been very disappointed even more when it was only 4 hours since I paid the tour and cancellation, I understand that they must charge administrative expenses but 100% of the money seems unfair. The truth and to have been my first day in Foz de Iguazu I had a bitter experience. Oh, and to top it off I tell you that I decided to go by public transport from Brazil to the falls in Argentina and spent less than the 100 USD they asked for with the same services offered.
It was an amazing tour, better yet with the guide Alessandra, was showing the whole route and guiding us to the spectacle that would begin the evening. We met in the place a wonderful restaurant that gave to watch every event!!! Thank you for everything Alessandra!!!

Who first attended us was Lucielle, then we had other collaborators, all excellent. They speak very well of Enterprise which is already a differential. We love the walks. It remains as a suggestion to indicate the restaurant 5 gastronomy, rest castle, the Arab ibadan docery in front of the mosque.

Here in June and since It’s their winter, it’s cold. Def plan on bringing a jacket. It’s a fun, laid back cultural outing with food, drinks and a show. I don’t speak Portuguese, so I couldn’t follow much. It was still fun to watch.
