every moment of the experience was well handled. Augustina Toborda was a guide for us throughout the booking experience. She gave us detailed instructions on how to get our Brazilian visa, communicated about hotel reservations and told us what to expect. She followed up at every opportunity to reassure us and to remind us of the next step. Absolutely every step when exactly as planned. Our driver to/from the airport (Leonardo Diaz) was wonderful and waited for our overdue flight home, the Igazu Falls guide (Ricardo) was fantastic. We did the optional helicopter and boat tours as well. Overall, an excellent experience

I first worked with Signature Tours for our tip to Iguazu Falls in Feb 2025. We had a great three-day visit. I worked with Agustin Lopez to put the tour together. Everything was so good I worked with Agustin again for a three-week trip to Chile and Easter Island in Feb 2026. The hotels, local tour guides and drivers were wonderful. The recommendations Agustin made helped our itinerary go smoothly. My husband and I have other locations in South America we would like to visit, and I will happily work with Agustin and Signature Tour again. We were impressed and pleased beginning with our first contact with Signature Tours. They worked with us to design the experience we wanted. Iguazu Falls is awesome and the level of service we received from Signature Tours was exceptional. Only tip is to try to avoid peak season due to crowds and the extremely hot temperatures. We opted for the boat ride and thoroughly enjoyed it. Take care regarding how you store your belongings in the provided dry bag. You and everything you brought with you will get soaked. In addition to being exhilarating the experience a great way to cool down. Enjoy!

Wow! Our experience with Signature Tours was extremely positive. We found them to be honest, ethical, professional, reliable and responsive. We first heard of Signature Tours when we began planning for our January 2025 trip to Argentina at the end of our South American cruise. Even though I swore off water falls long ago, this one is amazing. Over two days we walked both the Argentina and Brazilian sides for a total of more than 8 miles. The experience is both awe-inspiring and exhausting. Both sides provided different experiences -- Argentina views from afar; while in Brazil, one walks over, under and around the falls for hours. This is a great tour if it's not too hot, but I wouldn't do it in January or February.

The trip was very well organized. The sites are far apart and the border crossing into Brazil could be difficult. The tour eliminated all the hassles. The guides were very good and the timing was just about right for all the areas to visit. The hotel (in the jungle) was beautiful and unique. The Falls are truly amazing.

Indescribable beauty of nature. Must see both sides but take at least two days. Boat ride UNDER the falls is a must and exhilarating. Plan ahead to include this. Hope to come back someday.
