I had a great time with this tour and the guide Jeff. That was my first safari so I didn’t know what exactly to expect but what I received ticked all boxes. Jeff was a good driver, he made sure the group is comfortable and is getting what we were all here for. Certainly can recommend the tour company as well, very positive experience!
It was an amazing experience to see the animals in the natural habitat and Bienvenido Tours managed everything so well and it was really a smooth experience. I highly recommend.
We had a great experience on our Safari with our guide Daniel! Thanks to him and his immense knowledge about the parks we saw so many animals. We experienced the big 5 in no time and were able to watch multiple Cheetahs (even with cubs), lions (male & female, also with cubs), hyenas (one of our favorites!), wildebeests crossing the river and much more. On our first day our planned road was blocked due to an accident, but he was solving this problem easily and we didn't miss a thing. He's a very skilled driver, making it possible to experience the wildlife always in time. Thanks so much for this unforgettable experience here in Kenya! Also a huge thanks to Kennedy & Purity for all the organisation before the actual Safari. All our questions were answered quickly.

It was one of the best experiences of my life. I am truly thankful to Bienvenido Kenya Tours and Safaris. The trip was affordable, and the stay, itinerary, and overall arrangements were all excellent. The people were very friendly and helpful, taking care of everything from airport pickup to drop-off seamlessly. As someone traveling from India, they also made the entire process very easy for me. For any foreign nationals looking for a budget-friendly and safe trip, I would highly recommend them. I also had the opportunity to travel with people from different countries like the USA, UK, and Italy, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
Excellent company, driver and views
We took a three day tour to Masi mara with Geoffrey as our guide. He was great, he took us all over the park to make sure we saw as much as possible. We saw almost all of the big 5 and so much more up close, it was amazing. Geoffrey let us take our time with each animal we encountered and was a very great guide.
We chose this agency to organize our safari for December 2025 and the experience was very positive. We were followed with great professionalism and attention. The selected lodges were good, surrounded by nature and. The safaris were exciting and well organized, with experienced guides who made us live a beautiful experience, allowing us to see incredible animals in total safety. The guides of the agency, always available and ready to respond to our every request. We highly recommend this agency.
We had an amazing time on safari - our guide Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He was always on time and spent time explaining the animals to us, stopping off when we needed to and generally being a great guide. The tour is jam packed in the 3 days - long drives between the parks but understandable and we had 3 game drives which were fantastic. The value for money was great - we stayed in a tented camp and then a lodge, food was good and the beds were comfy. We were incredibly lucky to see 2 leopards and nearly all of the other animals we wanted to - Mike made sure we always had a good view and we stayed to look at the animals as long as we wanted - I think we watched the 2nd leopard for half an hour and he kept moving so we could see it. Kennedy who we dealt with in the office was always quick to reply and kept us fully informed on the lead up to our trip and was professional and friendly. We have already recommended this tour and company to our friends and are talking about booking again.
