We had fun snorkeling - the crew were helpful especially to people who had not snorkeled before! Just do it!!

Bad service, the guides were very annoying, the boat was overloaded and uncomfortable, the pilot was going too fast. They did not provide proper snorkeling equipment, only a mask without a snorkel for "snorkeling". The life jackets were dirty. Very bad experience!

It was a lot of fun. Be prepared to jump off the boat into the water, not climb down a ladder. So much fun! We saw lots of starfish and smaller fish- even saw some small jelly fish. Found a sea biscuit that they allowed us to take home as a souvenir!

I'm still on the cruise and wanted to take time out to specifically review this. This was a magical excursion. If you can, get Lincoln (hope I'm spelling it right) as your guide, do it. This dude made our trip. Lincoln's vibe was what really made the difference with ours. He went well above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. What a magnetic personality and an awesome guide. It's rare to see someone this kind, caring, and genuinely helpful these days even when paid for doing so.

Neal Richards was an amazing 👏 guide and was just the nicest person! From picking us up outside the cruise port. He stayed with us all day and we had several hours to spare and so he drove us to an animal sanctuary after our snorkeling!! I will be using Viator again when the cruises 🛳 don't offer the smaller tours. Amazing!!

The whole excursion was amazing from the driver Daniel who was completely hospitable and kind to going into the sea and doing the snorkeling with the guide who was as well very professional kind and amazing diver 100/10 experience.

We had a really great experience from the time Daniel our driver picked us up until the time he dropped us back at our hotel. Daniel was a great driver, punctual, friendly and informative with a very clean car. Bruno took us on a great ATV tour of a beautiful farm with some island highlights and history and then Bruno and Joshua led a fantastic 3 stop snorkel tour, in gorgeous waters where we saw tons of activity and cool sea life. I would recommend this tour!

This was an amazing experience from start to finish!!! We were greeted by our driver Reny (all around amazing dude!) - he was polite, charismatic and so fun to chat with about the history of the island! We were early, so rather than just taking us the boat dock to sit and wait, he drove us to a couple of local places. We made stops to check out chocolate, get refreshments and browse homemade goods from locals and we had some amazing view stops as well. Our snorkeling outing was perfect! The guides were attentive, fun and took us to all the best spots. They provided drinks and snacks (local canned juice, fresh watermelon and some really amazing rice bread!) We have snorkled with this company before but in a different area and it NEVER disappoints. Corals, fish, water - beautiful!!! The people really top off this experience! Without them, it really wouldn't be the same. They made this experience safe, fun and educational. I highly recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

The snorkeling was memorable. The guides gave us the freedom to swim and wander off, responsibly watched by the guides of course. Our main guide that took us to and from port was Daniel. Gave us all the local history on the people, culture and island itself. I highly recommend him and this excursion experience.
