Very professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention extremely helpful and courteous with my limited mobility.
Hi Maureen! It was great having you on the tour, and I am very happy you had fun! Thank you for your kind review!
Very pleasant experience. Our guy Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Enjoyed all the “samples” of local treats and his knowledge about his country!
Thank you for taking the time and effort, and leaving us with your review! We are happy you had fun and enjoyed your tour with Daniel.
Daniel was a fantastic guide. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend him for your next tour of Budapest.
Dear Tyler! Thank you for taking the time and effort, and leaving us with your review! We are happy you had fun and enjoyed your tour with Daniel.
We recently had the pleasure of Daniel leading us on a tour of Budapest. Along with being very friendly, he was very informative and did a great job showing us the many highlights of Budapest. The transportation and driver that accompanied him were also friendly and the ride was very spacious and comfortable. His English was great, he helped us try some of the local “chimney cakes”, and all his recommendations were spot on. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to make the most out of their trip to Budapest!
Thank you for taking the time and effort, and leaving us with your review! We are happy you had fun and enjoyed your tour with Daniel.
I’ve had great success with guided tours booked thru Viator but this tour was truly exceptional! Daniel Botto is the ultimate guide. From initial conversations about customization of the days planned route down to arrangement of comfortable transportation with English speaking driver ( shout out to Eric) for 4 senior adults, Daniel had every detail in perfect order. He placed a lot of effort into making sure our day was filled with sights we wanted to see….not a typical “canned” tour. His extensive knowledge of Hungarian history & details of architectural design are amazing. Plus, his bilingual skills are perfect. I can’t recommend him highly enough! If you want to see the best of Budapest, this is your tour!
Hi Scott! It was amazing having you on the tour and I am very happy you had fun with me! I hope we will meet again! All the best to you and thank you for your lovely review!
A great experience with a very good guide. We loved this as an intro to our Budapest story! We did the tour on New Years Eve and I can’t say thank you enough for accommodating that since we had a very limited time in the city.
Hi Melita! Thank you for your time and kind words for this review! We are happy that you enjoyed your tour!
Top notch experience! Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, kind and answered all the questions we had. It was truly a special experience which added so much to our trip! Thank you Sandor (the great!)
Hi Ginny! Thank you for your kind review and words! We are happy you enjoyed your tour!
It was an outstanding experience!! From being picked up at our hotel to seeing so much of Budapest in such a fantastic manner, we couldn’t have been more impressed. Daniel and our driver were prompt and helpful. Daniel shared his wonderful knowledge of everything Budapest in an open and friendly manner. He answered our questions. It was a pleasure to see Budapest through his eyes.
Hi Ken! Thank you very much for your kind review! We are happy that you enjoyed your tour!
Had a great tour of the city with Daniel. He was very personable and very knowlegeable about the city and of Hunagary's history. The tour was very relaxed and tailored to what we wanted to see. I cannot recommend more highly.
Thank you, Thomas for your time and kind feedback! We are happy to hear you enjoyed your toue!
Pick up was on time and the visits to Matthias Church and the Fisherman’s Bastion were super. The rest of the excursion seemed to consist of driving along through the streets of Pest with an on the go explanation of what it was we were driving past. No stop for refreshment. The next day we took bus tour organized by our cruise ship with about 35 of us and we got far more in-depth information and historical nuggets than the day before. The private tour did not live up to our expectations.
