We found the cruise to be a great experience for our first visit to Halong Bay. The geology and waterways are stunning. The food on board our boat Victory Star was exceptional. Our your guides and the staff were exemplary. We felt the two nights were needed to see a bit more of the bay away from the hot spots which are very crowded.

Hi. We had a great time on the cruise. We enjoyed the day trips off the boat, which I would advise everyone to go on. The food was good, albeit the breakfast was limited. The cabin was large, spotless and had a lovely bath, although the mattress was very hard. The best part of our trip was our host Ruby, she really made our trip! She was friendly, helpful, always available to assist, and very professional. I would say she was 10 /10.

If the boat was as the photos my review would be better! Unfortunately we chose the trip on images and reviews. I have to say the boat we were on was not featured in the images. My recommendation for anyone booking, ask which boat you will be on do you can research that exact one. What i can say is the crew were AMAZING! We had a great time and were so well loved after. THANK YOU to the crew of Lotus 👌

Good planning great service super standard service and food. Varied activities. What more could you want? Perfect!

It was a great way to spend 2 nights and 3 days. The rooms are a little dated and not as big as they look in the photos. The staff were great! They did everything they could to make your stay an enjoyable one.

Very enjoyable trip. Impeccably organised from start to finish. Well worth doing 2 nights as the 2nd day is conducted in a much quieter part of the bay. Can't fault the victory star, staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was exceptional. The visits on the first day were very busy, lots of tourists and this will ruin the place unless restrictions are put into place. Amazing to wake up and open the curtains to a spectacular view.

First your Site, I can not trace my Jorney, and get an invoice for it. When I check in "past trps" this trip is not there. Second I paid for a Room :"PRIVATE BALCONY + BATHTUB: Luxury cabin , private balcony and bath-tub ocean view cabin with full amenities." WE GOT A "sea leve room with shower" The trip is oversold, "cave" is just a passage drilled by erosion, check what cave really means. Not your fault, but the area polution is impressive. I cqn keep goingm but I rqther stop here...

Fantastic trip from start to finish. Great views of halong bay. Our cabin was lovely had our own balcony. The excursions were great staff they all was friendly and helpful. Totally worth going.

We had a great time on this cruise. We were well looked after from pick up to drop off by Trong, Joey and the whole team. Everyone was helpful and friendly. A great mix of nationalities on the cruise and a fabulous place to visit. Would recommend!

The cruise was great, the staff is wonderful, wonderful food, good room. Time did not help the walk much, but it did hinder it. Just one detail, I didn't think it was worth doing the 3D/2N cruise. The best cost benefit for me is 2D/1N.
