Kazuma is an outstanding tour guide, but more importantly, he is a genuinely lovely person and a true gentleman. From the moment we met him, he made us feel completely at ease and gave us such a warm and memorable experience of Tokyo.
He was incredibly generous with his time, taking us through beautiful parts of the city that we simply would never have discovered on our own. Nothing ever felt rushed. We had plenty of time to stop, explore and enjoy each place, and Kazuma shared his knowledge of Tokyo in such a natural and engaging way.
He also went out of his way to take some brilliant photos of us throughout the day, which was a lovely touch and gave us some wonderful memories to take home.
Seeing Tokyo by e-bike is an amazing experience and gives you a completely different perspective on this incredible city. Having Kazuma as our guide made it even more special.

Amazing Experience
Kazuma was an amazing tour guide, brought us in some beautiful hidden gems of Tokyo. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable, he also took sone great photos of us and overall created an unforgettable experience. Would highly recommend to anyone who comes to Tokyo.

Definitely recommend!
My boyfriend and I had a great experience on our bike tour of Tokyo with Kazuma Naoi. It was really convenient that he picked us up directly from our hotel with the bikes, so we didn’t have to meet anywhere beforehand.
Kazuma was very flexible with the tour and let us decide what we wanted to see, while also showing us places we wouldn’t have found on our own. We got to see a lot of Tokyo in a few hours, including an older local neighborhood with traditional Japanese homes from different time periods. He was also happy to stop for coffee or a snack whenever we wanted.
Kazuma knows Tokyo very well and gave us a lot of helpful recommendations for the rest of our trip. He also took photos of us throughout the tour with his camera and sent them to us afterward at no extra charge, which was a really nice bonus.
We told him we were going to the fish market after the tour, and he even changed our drop-off location so he could take us there directly. Overall, it was a really fun and convenient way to see Tokyo, especially since we were only in the city for a short time. We would definitely recommend Kazuma!

You highlighted everything that makes a private e bike tour so special. Hotel pickup lets you relax in the morning without worrying about navigating to a meeting spot on your phone. Adjusting the route is essential because I want every guest to discover something new rather than visiting the same places twice. And of course, being able to change the route in the middle of the tour, like ending the tour right at the fish market, is the best way to make the most of your time in Tokyo!

Super bike tour of Tokyo
Super fun bike tour of Tokyo through Kazuma with two adults and 1 child of 11. We got to places in Tokyo that you would have missed otherwise. We were lucky with a ceremony that was held in the old part (1x in three years ). Kazuma is super enthusiastic and takes the time to explain. He also adapts his route to your wishes. Despite the heat in August, the E-bikes were doing well. Stop and drink enough water.

Great bike tour!!
One of the best tours I have ever taken. If you want detailed history about Tokyo and see all the landmarks, I recommend choosing Kazuma. The e-bikes are excellent (easy to use), we did 20km and it only felt like we walked >5,000 steps (you can also turn off the battery for extra exercise 😄). Kazuma came to our hotel and had the bikes ready outside the lobby, was very quick to get the tour started. Thank you Kazuma!!!

Tokyo biketour
First day in Tokio couldn’t start better with Kazuma. He’s the best guide in town. Very friendly and flexibel in making the best memories for the whole family. We can really recommend doing a biketour with Kazuma.
Bikes are in excellent condition and pick up and drop at the hotel is very convenience.

Awesome!
Our private e-bike tour with Kazuma was an absolute highlight of our time in Tokyo. He met us right at our hotel, which was such a nice, easy start to the day. It was a family trip with our two college-age kids, and because it was a private tour, Kazuma tailored the whole route around what actually interested us rather than sticking to a generic itinerary — the kids loved it just as much as we did.
He was upbeat and engaging from start to finish, and clearly knows Tokyo inside and out. On top of everything else, he's a genuinely talented photographer — he captured amazing shots throughout the day, good enough that he's getting a photo credit on our holiday card this year! The bikes were top notch and we felt very safe riding the streets of Tokyo.
Kazuma was the reason this was one of the best memories of our whole trip.

Fabulous tour w/ teens!
Amazing way to spend a morning in Tokyo! Kazuma-san was a wonderful guide, perfectly balancing history and information with fascinating stops and great photo spots. He took us to sample local sweets, visit a local Shinto shrine, and check out a traditional fishing village as well as the modern high-rise millionaire housing. Cannot recommend enough!
