Shockingly bad. Our uptown tour bus took 40 minutes to arrive. The driver was rude (perhaps standard for NYC) and the scanner didn’t work so our tickets couldn’t be activated. We went round Central Park and then got off. Did not have the motivation to wait for the next bus. The most expensive short bus ride ever.
Long ride...rough ride...wasn't told about bus change by company driver didn't want to be bothered got direction from other people who were on the bus at the time. Did see the sights but very uncomfortable 😕

The staff are homophobic transphobic sexist pigs I wanted to engage in a trip to sightsee around New York City and the staff that represent the company have no respect for women no respect for anybody other than themselves they viciously go after and pursue customers trying to make a sale they've even openly harassed my partner for the past two years in regards to them being short in height and as a trans man this is ridiculous I hope the company gets shut down or that they are fired I hope I never take a trip besides in New York City with this company I would rather walk the entire distance take the train and or pay for a cab
The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. My girlfriend was seriously injured today at approximately 5:00 PM while riding Bus 365. The driver was operating the vehicle in a reckless and unsafe manner through Central Park, causing a large tree branch to strike her. As a result, she suffered cuts, bruises, and other injuries, and she is currently in pain and not feeling well. What is even more concerning is that when I immediately reported the incident to the driver, he showed complete indifference, failed to provide any assistance, and took no action whatsoever. This is not a minor complaint—it is a serious safety incident involving a paying customer who was injured while using your service. I urgently requested that TopView’s Customer Service team contact us and provide guidance regarding medical evaluation, the reporting process, and coverage for any medical expenses resulting from this incident. Despite the severity of the situation, neither my girlfriend nor I have been contacted by anyone from your company. The complete lack of response, concern, or follow-up regarding such a significant safety incident is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I expect an immediate response, a formal investigation into the driver’s conduct, and clear information regarding the next steps for addressing my girlfriend’s injuries and any related medical costs.
