To be fair my ratings are based on the fact we didn't actually get to go on the trip and the responses from the operators. We booked with an optional pick up/drop off. Our hotel wasn't listed on the options so l used the 'hotel not listed' option and put in the name of where we were staying. This was accepted and the booking made. We had no contact from the operators regarding the transport arrangements so l messaged them. First they suggested l hadn't told them where we were staying. I confirmed this with them again and asked for a collection time and place. Nothing from the operators. On the day having still not heard back from the operator we decided we would need to make our own way there. The hotel we are at helped us get a taxi to the boat. We got to the harbour and received a message from the operator saying our trip was cancelled due to weather conditions and they were processing a full refund. Then we saw our boat and people boarding it for the trip we had booked. We also saw it set off on the trip. Without us. Despite the operator telling us it had been cancelled. I have received a full refund and we did do the trip with another operator. It is a fab day out. I think what they did was mess up the collection/drop off process then try to get out of the trip rather than offer a solution or ask us to move to another day. So all in all a terrible experience from this operator. The stress and frustration when you just want a nice day out was annoying and they could have managed it much better. However a great trip to go on in Kos......maybe just use someone else!

Was incredible!! Staff were amazing, funny and attentive. Drinks are strong and delicious. Music, karaoke and dancing was the cherry on top. Had rocky waves on breezy day but staff made should everyone was safe and comfortable. My cousin cannot swim but staff made sure she was safe on the boat as I was snorkelling

Great trip, paid for the transport as well, comfortable minibus collected is, took us safely to kos town where we boarded the boat. Boat and crew were great, drinks available to buy on board. Had lunch included at first island in the restaurant, pork, chicken or vegetables with rice and salad or spaghetti bolognaise was the choice, purchase your drinks. Then went onto another small island nice beach stayed 1 hr, then went to another island but didn’t get off it was opportunity to swim in the ocean, jump off the boat. Stayed about 30 minutes then sailed back, crew entertained is dancing, singing and music. Found it a good day worth the price.

You spend a lot of time on the boat as opposed to the islands but that's just to get so much in in one day. Swift lunch at first island, quick swim at the second and then an hour and a bit at the final small island. Even seen some dolphins which were incredible! Really good value for money too

Although a little on the expensive side the actual trip is very good with time spent at each location. The last stop at pserimos was in my opinion the best stop. The bay and sea was beautiful. The lunch also was acceptable on the vessel. The crew were all very helpful and I would recommend this trip.

Experience based on Poseidon boat and crew: Starts at 0930, takes you to the first island for lunch (included, you choose one of 4 dishes) then back on to the boat for the late 2nd stop for some swimming near another island, then back on to the boat for the last stop in pserimos to do as you like for 1 hr, then back on the boat back to Kós for 5pm. Each of the stops were about an hour. Lunch was great, delicious. Good shade from the sun, friendly staff. Relatively clean for small island. You can buy souvenirs and honey and loukomades here. Water was clear and blue at the swimming stop, wished they had stayed longer to swim. They provide snorkeling equipment if you want. In Pserimos you can sit in the beach cafes for some shade, or lie on the beach and take a dip. Not many beach loungers available as other boats stop by here so depends on your timing. Boat was great, wasn't too crowded in September, good mix of couples of all ages, friends, and some families. The crew were the best, good energy, love to have fun. This is not an educational trip, no info given during the ride, but you might get to see dolphins. Just be aware the cost of the transfer from your accommodation to the port as that can add up depending how far from Kós you are (arranged via WhatsApp)

Exceptional value. The crew were great fun and very helpful, advising our children to sit up on the top for a bumpy crossing. Seeing dolphins was the icing on the cake!

Great value for money! We used to transfers too which were great, friendly, on time and air conditioned. The boat is nice, the crew are fun, it’s not too busy, max of 80 and that’s enough. The stops are stunning! You pay for the drinks but they did the best strawberry mojito for €5 and it was gorgeous. We are a family with two teenagers. I always worry about the ladders on these boats and getting back on if I jump off (I’m 45 and not overly fit) but they go very low into the sea and are solid so that’s a good thing for anyone worried about that, had I known this before I’d have been looking forward to it even more than I was. I would absolutely book this boat again but check if the sea is choppy on the day you book as it was for us and we were grateful for the travel tablets we took. The bays are all beautiful.

This trip was well organised but of course during peak season was quite crowded. The boat went to 3 islands, first was actually an early lunch stop with not much chance to explore, be cautious with the cats at the restaurant. My daughter got bitten as she put her hand down towards it. Second stop was a swim stop. We were on Posiedon which was quite a large boat and accessing the water was either by jumping off the top/side of the boat or via (steep) ladders at the side, this was fine for us but not great for anyone with mobility issues. If you need floatation aids, take your own as there was nothing provided, even for children and the water was deep and a fair swim to the rocky "shore". Third stop was the most relaxing, a small bay with a beach and beach bars. Great snorkelling but you need to take your own masks etc. It was a very windy day for our trip and the passengers at the front of the boat got very wet from the sea spray. Drinks and snacks available to purchase on-board. Lots of choice but try and have the correct change to make it easier for the staff.

This is the same trip that TUI offer but a third of the price almost. I initially booked with a transfer, our hotel wasn't in the list but there was a gap to.add your hotel. I contacted Trip Advisor via live chat to see if it was likely we could get a transfer but they couldn't get hold of the company. In the end I booked with transfer knowing there was the option to cancel and rebook without. After booking I was contacted and advised that transfer was not available. So, I cancelled and rebooked without the transfer. After this booking was made I was contacted offering me a transfer... For €35 each way...an 8 minute drive! I declined and we made our own way to the pick up point. The getting onto the boat was an easy process. We arrived about 30 minutes before departure and got a good spot. The sail was great, the boat was well enough equipped. We had a great day... Longer on Pserimos and Kaylmnos would have been welcomed but we still had a great time. Lunch on Kalymnos was in a local restaurant and was well arranged with well priced drinks. We got to see some Dolphins which was great. My only observation would be that it would have been nice as we set off to get the rough plan for the day...and again whenever we got back on the boat a quick update as to the plan. We would recommend and do it again.
