The employees were very nice and informative. The tour was amazing. We got to see the president palace and the entire plaza. Everything was great. I recommend it.

There is onlyn1 bus on each route, yes 1, so its impossible to do the stops on the bus in 24, or 48 hours, buses stop at certain stops for 10 minutes for no apparent reason, sometimes 15, making it even longer, guide narrates physically so no ear phones to make it easier, chaotic beyond belief traffic that makes it unpleasant and incredible car fumes that gave me a headache, not at all pleasent and wouldn't recommend it

There is only 1 bus on each route so huge waits, so its impossible to do stops on each stop in 1 day, buses also stop for 10 minutes at certain stops for no apparent reason therefore making it even longer, very hard to get to stops due to traffic and the tour is narrated by a person, not through the headphones as it normally is, not a pleasent experience and also very very difficult to get them to communicate with you, messages goes unanswered for days

Great experience with Jose Carlos guide! I was surprised that there was a walking tour since San Luiz square. It was great, Jose Carlos was very friendly and helpful!

We are a family from Argentina, Jose Carlos is a genius and the guide Angel, two legends. The information was very useful and told in a way that was easy to understand. They were very kind.

This company is not operating a "hop on hop off" bus experience. They run one bus a day which operates as a fully guided tour. If you do not buy the guided tour (which I was never even told existed) you are stuck on a structured, scheduled tour without being allowed to participate in the tour experience. I should've been suspicious when we showed up at the JFK boarding spot and had to wait an hour and a half for the bus to show up, but I'd already purchased tix on Trip Advisor, so .... We wanted to "hop off" at the Fountain Park. Instead, we got stuck in the historical district for an hour and a half. I asked the guide if she could tell me where the catacombs were. She gestured down the street and told me "You didn't pay for a guide. You are on your own". Which wasn't exactly true because I was stuck on a bus going nowhere for hours at a time. The next "stop" was to meet up with the guided tour at the base of a bridge where we sat for half an hour waiting for them to board. We were then asked if we wanted to be "dropped off" at the Fountain Park, with us finding our own way home. It was 6pm by this time and an hour out from our hotel. We declined. Finally, we were dropped off, NOT at the JFK spot. We were dropped off three (long) blocks away on the side of the highway across from tattoo parlors and sex shops. I felt sorry for the older gentleman using a cane. This was a complete waste of the only free day we had in Lima and an absolute money grabbing scam. Don't waste your time or money. I wish we had just hopped a cab. It's a safe area. It would have been easier and we would have actually gotten to see some of Lima instead of being hijacked for over seven hours on a bus going nowhere.

Fun, thorough and inexpensive for what you get! Opportunity to get off on stops for taking great pics!

The guide Jose Carlos from the red circuit was very good, I think his tour was very interesting, enjoyable, and clear. Not so the yellow circuit, it was not heard well nor was it very explanatory regarding what we were seeing. The music was very loud.
