Good way to travel around city. Easy to find stops. Commentary could have been better. Doesn’t always match up with where you are at on the tour.

We were dropped off at stop 6 in Oslo in front of the Kon-Tiki Ra museum. At 1:30 we were at the place where we were dropped off with approximately 10 others, when the bus just drove past us even though we were all waving our hands for him to stop. This will be the last time I take a Greyline Hop On Hop Off. I am sure that there at least ten others that feel the same.

We always like to do a hop on hop off bus tour when visiting a new place. This was a nice clean modern bus and as it has been raining a tarpaulin roof was in place. We got confused with the finish times and found ourselves not at the nearest stop to our accommodation, something to do with the peak period timings stopping and wasn't a problem but something to look out for. Booking was easy and the bus/stop was easy to find and where expected.

We picked up the bus at the cruise port being able to bring our luggage on board which was convenient. However the bags were not secured in any way and at one point they were rolling down the aisle and still the driver did nothing. We were able to use a short cord to tie ours in but another lady had to take her bag to a seat. This was not only inconvenient but dangerous. This driver seemed only interested in getting aroud the route as fast as possible and was often way ahead of the audio guide. He accelerated and brakes very hard so you were actually holding on so as to not get thrown out oh your seat. When we got back on a bus later in the day it was a much better experience. We found the audio guide good and enjoyed the selected stops.

Interesting tour through Oslo.

The guidance they give you through the audio is very good, in several languages, a very good tour. We enjoyed it a lot, easy to recognize, we made good use of our time

No pick up or stop at Azamara cruise port as advertised. You have to walk @ a mile to Stop #1 to board. Most drivers do not announce stops. Have to have ear buds on. Most drivers do not announce long stops, breaks.

I was staying in Oslo for a week and got to know it very well on foot. The city isn’t that big and a majority of the attractions on this tour were all in walking distance for me. The only exception was the Sculpture Park and a few museums such as the Folk, Kim Tiki and Fram. The entire tour was 75 minutes with a couple of stops at ports and that brought it down to just under an hour. If you can walk around save yourself time and money, and use the number 30 bus for the museums I mentioned earlier in my review.

Hop on Hop off bus in Oslo, Norway. We were looking for more help with directing how the buses worked and wait time for the busses. No one seemed to want to help. Just drop and run. Also with 6 cruise lines in at the same time the company should have been more prepared for the larger crowd. No markings at the cruise terminal showing where to line up. At least one of the workers was friendly.

We really enjoyed our tour of Oslo on the hop-on hop- off bus tour! We learned about the major attractions and were able to see many of them, especially the Frogner park and Vigeland statues and fountains, and the opera center and munch museum. We really loved our experience in Oslo!
