Fantastic experience. Lots of animals and a great view of the falls

Nkosi was a great pilot. Very safe and was able to point out the wildlife from the sky. Vitalis was our safety guide. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Flight was fun. The falls were beautiful. A once in a lifetime experience.

Started with an informative safety briefing by Gift. Met pilot Ricky, we had headsets and window seats. Great views of the falls, National National Park and surrounds. Ricky helped us to spot elephants, hippo, giraffe, water buffalo and more. Awesome experience. Pick up and drop off very handy. Friendly staff!

Myself and 2 friends took a 15min flight over Victoria Falls with Chikopokopo Helicopters. The flight over the falls was amazing although the pilot did not give any commentary despite being told that he would. Also the 15min flight we paid for lasted only 13mins and 18secs of which 1min was spent on the ground. We didn't make an issue of this as the experience was amazing. However when we got home to NZ we reviewed our Wise card transactions only to find we had been charged $USD202 twice for my flight. Two seperate transactions of $USD202 for 1 flight! My wife immediately emailed Chikopokopo Helicopters pointing out the overpayment. The company responded asking for the transaction numbers which we immediately provided via Whatsap and email. We have received no further correspondence from the company despite repeated requests for an update on a refund of the over charged amount. While I totally enjoyed the flight, this company's failure to address the over charge has left us feeling very ripped off.

Pleasant people and great atmosphere

Surreal experience seeing the Victoria Falls as well as seeing the animals, in particular elephants and buffalo in the helicopter ride. I would 💯 recommend this for everyone. I had great welcome introduction from Modester, who took care of me during the check in process. The flight was for just over 22 mins which was not enough.

Gift did a great job getting us on the flight and back. Spectacular views and an incredible experience!

The helicopter ride was excellent, the pilot was very good at picking up and communicating the views and the animals. The only negative was that we shared the ride with a single girl who was given the front seat with out any communication with us. We were just shown the back seats and she had the front seat which is obviously the best seat and she could see so much better. We paid the same as that person and thought we should have been asked which seat did we wish to have.
