テイデ国立公園からプエルト・デ・ラ・クルスまで2200mのパラグライダー

Everything was well organized and on time. I started at the Martianez Adventures agency in Puerto de la Cruz and went paragliding with two other girls. We could leave our things at the office in the lockers and then drove up to Teide in a van, which took about an hour and we could see nice views of Teide national park. We started to fly from 2200 m high, and the start place was above the clouds! We had all the equipment ready for us, including a jacket, pants, gloves, helmet. I was a little nervous at first, but once we got to the takeoff point it didn’t feel that scary. The flight itself was calm and smooth, with great views. The pilot was really nice, checked in with me during the flight and shared some interesting facts about Tenerife and Puerto de la Cruz. We were flying over some hotels and the people there were even waving to us. We landed smoothly in Martianez beach near the office. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.
