Tony and I had a fabulous visit made special by attention to details we sent in prior to our visit and a very thorough explanation of the history and importance of Canadian Museum of Immigration Pier 21. Carrie-Ann Smith was just wonderful and really made the visit so important for us.
A lot of good exhibits and the guided tour was great; however, a lot of unruly kids ruined the experience for us and we couldn't wait to get out of there. There really should be an age restriction!
Our family of four had James tour us around Pier 21 and the Museum of Immigration and it was great. Knowledgeable, personable, good story teller and informative. We had a great experience and learned a lot In advance we had sent details of our family histories and Carrie-Ann did a ton of research and provided us with great information. A bonus was getting a big printed bundle waiting for us when we arrived at the museum.
So much to see and get to know you can look up your family at the end you just need some details to provide them
