3500 年以上のワインの伝統を誇るクレタ島でワインの試飲をお楽しみください。私たちは 1998 年からワインの分野で活躍するプロであり、自分の仕事に心から愛着を持っています。 私たちのチームは、ソムリエ、シェフ、ワインメーカーで構成されています。15 世紀の古いドミニコ会修道院の一部であったユニークな空間である、600 年の歴史を持つ石造りのワインセラーを訪れてください。 この体験では、ギリシャのブドウ園で作られた最高級のワインを、地元のチーズや珍味と組み合わせて試飲できます。 参加者全員に、ギリシャのワインに関する一般情報 (ギリシャのワインの歴史に重点を置いた) が記載された個人用フォルダーが渡されます。 ワインは、ソムリエによって、それぞれの特徴を強調しながら詳細に紹介されます。 スナックとともにさまざまなワインを試飲し、15 世紀に建てられた石造りのセラーを訪問します。 スナックには、ラスクやブレッドスティック、青リンゴ、トマト、地元のチーズ、アパキ（ヴィンサントワインで調理した燻製豚肉のスライス）などがあります。

Maria was an excellent host and she was super educational. She taught us so much. I don’t drink a lot of wine but the class was still so much fun and an amazing experience. I was hesitant to do it because of the lack of knowledge I have wine and how little I drink of it, but I don’t have a single regret about it! I would do it again!! Maria is personable, knowledgeable, and didn’t judge in our lack of wine knowledge. She asked us where we were from and even gave tips on wine that is from the United States so we know back at home! If you’re on the fence, do it!!

The atmosphere is amazing. Maria did an amazing job showing us the ropes on how to properly assess and taste our wine. They gave us a wide variety of wines with each having its own distinct taste. We also paired our wine with cheeses from Crete. The pairings and wines were delicious. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in wine tasting.

Great wine tasting experience, we really enjoyed ourselves. We were the only ones booked in and having Maria our sommelier to ourselves was a treat. She was really knowledgeable and made lots of great recommendations and tips. The food was delicious, we really enjoyed the pork in sauce. Nice selection of wines to try too. Would definitely recommend to any wine lovers visiting Rethymno.

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing experience at our wine tasting! Maria was an expert sommelier and she helped us to understand food pairing as well as tasting and smelling wine. It truly was the best and most informative wine tasting we have been to. The atmosphere added to our experience as well. We stayed and enjoyed more wine and food at the beautiful restaurant! This wine tasting was fantastic. Maria is not only a wonderful hostess who couldn't be friendlier, but also an excellent sommelier with a wealth of knowledge that she loves to share. This is our first time in Greece, so she selected the wines accordingly and gave us an overview of Greek wines. We also learned and tasted how well wine and food can complement each other or not go together at all. We were so impressed that after the tasting we decided to have dinner at the Veneto restaurant. That too, together with the wine recommendation, left nothing to be desired. Thank you Maria for the wonderful evening!

Maria was lovely. She was prepared for us and had us a packet so we would have information about the wines and regions to take home . Or ended up being just the two of us so a private tasting. A good amount of wine, a good amount of food and she was informative, friendly and fun. Restaurant/hotel was a great atmosphere as well, located in the heart of the old city.

This place is a magic hidden gem in the middle of old town Rethymnon. The atmosphere and the service was 10/10. The wines were amazong and we learned so much about cretan wine and tradition. We came just before the summer season and got a private wine tasting. We got a tour of the wine cellar and two of the hotel suites. We loved every second and would recommend everyone to come here!!! Amazing!!
