The Riverboat sunset cruise was nice. Since I did not book dinner I was on the upper two decks. Because of this it was basically on your own. I enjoyed the ride and the sunset. The one thing was that the drinks could be better. My friend and I ordered drinks but the bartender put the flavoring at the bottom of the cups rather that mixing in with the rest of the drink. Really paid too much for an icy drink you had to try to mix together yourself and ended up not really tasting any better. Don’t spend your money at the bar.

Don’t expect anything scenic beyond the riverwalk where you launch off. The cruise becomes more commercial from there as you travel along a commercial port. I ordered some popcorn which was stale. I’d say this cruise is what you make it so if you chose to do this make the most of the environment onboard.
Overall, this was a fun and lively experience. The top deck had a great mix of people, music, food, and a really energetic atmosphere. I do think the music could have had a little more variety. Since this is such a huge, old-fashioned river paddle boat, it would have been fun to start the evening with some old-time, jazz, blues, or New Orleans-style music and then gradually move into the rap and hip-hop later. The inside of the boat definitely needs some updating and, more importantly, a thorough deep cleaning. That would make a big difference in the overall experience. The river views were also not quite as impressive as I expected. Much of the route includes construction areas, industrial sections, loading docks, and port activity, so I wouldn't necessarily describe the scenery as breathtaking. The sunset, however, was beautiful. One thing I appreciated was that if the top deck gets a little too rambunctious for you, there are quieter areas of the boat where you can relax and enjoy the ride. All in all, we had a good time. It's a fun experience with a diverse crowd and a lively atmosphere, but with some updating, a deep cleaning, and a little more variety in the music, it could be so much better.
The DJ took $20 to play our 50th Anniversary and didn't play it!!! I need the money credited to my card. Trip was Aug 8th at 7:00 sunset Cruise.
It was a fun time to see Savannah from the River. We got to enjoy the cool breeze and listen to the DJ.
The tour should go further up and towards the ocean. Narrator during the trip would enhance the experience.
If you want a cheap nightclub experience (think Carnival) with the most disgusting food - this is it. The music was loud and unbearable, crowd loud and drunk (not sure how as the line for drinks was 1 hr wait) - cruise took off 25 min late but still returned for 8:50 Pm. This was advertised as a sunset cruise with views, however we were taken along construction and shipping sites - nothing scenic. We were not allowed on decks 1/2 - but they were allowed on 3/4 which meant it was very crowded on the top deck. Conversations were impossible with the blaring noise from dj who only played rap like noise.
Nice idea, steam boat fab! But could have played proud Mary or had the band on the outside decks, not just for those who paid to eat! Not much to see along the river as it’s all docks - and sadly there was a storm brewing so not much sunset seen! Luckily the added bonus was seeing multiple dolphins
Woeful food options. No wonder they don’t advertise the menu. Nothing in stock. If I could I would be seeking a refund. My family planned to have dinner here based on menus we had found online for the al a carte. This is definitely NOT available. They also take you picture wether wanted or not and try to sell it to you for $40. Not worth it.
