This was, without question, the worst experience we had during our trip to Egypt. Our dinner cruise was scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m., but after receiving no pickup information, we began messaging the tour operator from 2:00 p.m. We received no response. We called the number listed on Viator, had our hotel concierge try to contact them, and still heard nothing. We even contacted Viator and chatted with their assistant but to no avail. Around 7:45 pm, assuming we had been forgotten, we walked to a nearby restaurant, put our names on the waiting list, and decided to celebrate our special occasion there instead. Then, close to 8:00 p.m., we finally received a WhatsApp message saying they were on their way to pick us up. At that point, we assumed we had already missed the cruise and were not interested in going anymore, but the drivers repeatedly asked us to give the experience a chance. Reluctantly, we agreed, and we regret that decision. What was advertised was not what we experienced. While it was technically a boat, it never left the dock, so there was no Nile cruise. The vessel itself was in extremely poor condition. It was dirty, the tablecloths were stained, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The food was equally disappointing and of very poor quality. The experience was so unpleasant that we left after only 20 minutes. To make matters worse, this was meant to be a celebration of a special occasion, which was completely ruined. After eating only a small amount of the food, both my daughter and I became ill and have been dealing with stomach issues for the past two days. While we cannot say with absolute certainty what caused our illness, the timing was deeply concerning. The only positive part of this experience was the shuttle drivers. They genuinely tried to make things right and even played celebratory music on the drive back to the restaurant where we had originally planned to dine. Their kindness was appreciated, but unfortunately, it could not make up for everything else. This tour was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Poor communication, an hour-late pickup, misleading advertising, unacceptable cleanliness, and poor food quality made this one of the biggest disappointments of our trip. I cannot recommend this experience.

Good experience to just have fresh air and experience nile river :) Food was okay , and it is because its June its not too crowded so that is a plus for us :)

Its Okay. Drinks and Water during the dinner are not included in the price you paid even if you paid for all inclusive so bring some money or card

It was a memorable experience, we celebrated my birthday by sailing on one of these. Good dinner, well served, very good prices. Good service and the cultural shows are pleasant.

Good experience, pick up and drop off plus the ride on the river and show with buffet dinner. Highly recommended.

Organization was good, the cruise itself was a disappointment. We barely left the docks, we moved what seemed to 30 min. I didn’t like any of the food served, it was dull while seasoned. The enterntainment was great, I had an amazing time and the musicians were excellent. The dancers were incredible. The view at sunset was pleasant. Would only recommend if you have nothing else to do and if you have eaten before.
