We had a great time during our tour of the Bonaventure cemetery. Stephen was a great guide and extremely informative and made it a lot of fun. We definitely recommend this experience.

Dawn was our guide. She met us at the designated place, introduced herself and gave us a short explanation of how the tour would proceed. She has remarkable knowledge of cemetery history and the culture. Very animated and personable. We learned alot about the history through her personal knowledge.
We had a wonderful cemetery tour with Steven! He was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the tour both interesting and enjoyable. He brought the history of Bonaventure Cemetery to life and was a great guide. Highly recommend!
Dawn of the Savannah Dead was amazing. A local that knows and has lived the history. She is a wealth of knowledge in cemetery iconography. We appreciated the 8 am tour too!.
Very nice tour of a beautiful cemetery. Steven was very sensitive to the heat and tried to stay in the shade, while hitting most of the key plots. He was informative and entertaining.
The guide was very knowledgeable on the things she repeated over and over again , it was Georgia in July and the weather was just what you’d expect, But the shade was plentiful, it was a little concerning at the way the guide kept herself cool , They won’t let me tell you or else they will ban my review But let’s just say it was inappropriate

Take water and bug spray. The guide was exceptional- very knowledgeable about Savannah history. The cemetery is beautiful- the Spanish Moss gives it a magical feel
