An incredible experience!!! The staff's attention was excellent, always attentive and very kind. All their guides are very well-trained, and special recognition goes to Yorgan! I definitely recommend them highly, and when I return to Cusco, I will hire their services again. Thank you for everything!

Our guide Juan was great. He was knowledgeable and we learned so much about Inca history. The tour was well organized and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

We booked with this agency a two-day and one-night tour to visit the Machu Picchu. Despite some very positive aspects, there were structural problems that affected the organization of our trip. The website shows a detailed schedule with precise times, on the basis of which we had arranged our travels. However, it is not specified that this programme is purely indicative. The final confirmation (with the new timetables) was communicated to us only the day before departure, at the time of the balance. This has caused several logistical disruptions: -Forced advance: The outbound train was brought forward, forcing us to leave 3 hours earlier than planned. Delays in the tour: The entrance to Machu Picchu was postponed to late morning, effectively postponing the entire travel plan by another 3 hours and forcing us to return to the hotel in cuzco late in the evening, not the best if the next day you have to wake up at 2am to visit the rainbow Mountains. Late communication: Receiving this information only 24 hours in advance makes it difficult to handle any contingencies. We believe that the agency should be more transparent, clearly stating on the website that schedules are subject to reconfirmation. We must give credit to the agency for trying to remedy the inefficiencies: to compensate for the inconvenience, they offered us an upgrade for the train and a free tour to Rainbow Mountain. An appreciated gesture that shows attention to the customer, despite the initial organizational flaw. The real added value was our guide, Domingo. Absolutely fantastic: competent, empathetic and professional. If I could only rate him, it would be a full 10! The hotel was nice and comfortable. A little warning for travelers: pay attention to terminology for beds! In the Hispanic context, "Double" often indicates a twin room, while for the double bed, "Double/Queen size" must be specified.

We took a risk by booking a tour outside of the cruise line. Although we worried about the ship leaving us behind, the tour operator made sure we returned on time. In fact, we arrived back at the ship a few hours early, which gave us the chance to browse the souvenir shops by the port! We stayed at the Wyndham Hotel in Cusco, and everything was smooth from beginning to end—from the initial pickup to the drive back to the pier. The only issue we had was that our driver didn't understand any English; luckily, we had Google Translate. Aside from that, we had a great experience!

Our guide and driver could not have been more helpful. The bus was just for us but was modern clean and tidy. The visits to the archaeological sites and the weavers were fascinating and breaks were timed around our needs. I can't recommend this outing to highly

It's very hard to book transportation from Cusco to Machu Picchu and get tickets to Machu Picchu. We had them do it all, and this tour was private, and we knew exactly what the guide was saying. I also had a lot of photos taken. You can enter the village hot springs and see the village. I thought the price was a bit high, but it's private and worth it. It's a pity that the car to and from the train was not on time and I was so worried.

It was a very good experience. Our tour leader Dominique was very kind and informative and patient. Their whole team was responsible and on time. Our hotel in Aqua Cliente was nice and clean. They organized everything on time and very well.

Excellent Service from MACHU PICCHU Enterprise. They pick you up at the airport, take you to the hotel, advise you on everything and the guides are experts. I thank you so much for the whole tour. The cost of the tour is very fair. It was first rate!!

From the first moment, everything was excellent. The place is beautiful, very well maintained and with impeccable attention. The staff always friendly, willing to help and with a genuine smile. The facilities exceeded my expectations: clean, comfortable and with all the details designed to enjoy the most. I cannot recommend this tour company enough. We were met at the Cuszco airport by Sandro, a guide extraordinaire, and Ernesto, a terrific driver. The two of them were wonderful traveling partners for 5 days in Cuzco, Sacred Valley, 1 day on the Inca Trail and then Machu Picchu. Sandro is so very knowledgeable about the history of Peru and his passion for his country is infectious. We learned so much about the Incas. Sandro was also equally adept and answering all of our questions about current day Peru.. including giving us fabulous restaurant recommendations. He didn't steer us wrong a single time! We had a flawless trip.
