The guide (lady) was very disrespectful. She interrupted what she was saying during the tour and started a private conversation on her phone, keeping us waiting for long minutes. Then she said she works for tips...

Great experience! Easy communication, pickup directly from hotel, and swift entrance to the mosque. Our guide even walked us around the Medina afterwards. Thank you!

Misleading and disorganized operator
Save yourself the time and money and go with another tour.
They messaged us at 10:30pm the night before a 9am tour saying the tour was “full”. We switched to a 10am tour and our “guide” met us at the ticket window and walked us 100m to one of the formal group tours and left.
Mosque was incredible, go with literally anyone else.

The Tour We Never Took
Don't assume anything. If site says tour of Mosque is at 9:00, this doesn't really mean you will start the tour then. It means Viator will start picking people up then. Very misleading.
事業者からの返答
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the timing caused some confusion. Please note that you booked a shared tour, which means we pick up other travelers along the way before the tour officially begins.
The pick-up time on your voucher indicates the start of our collection process, not the exact time the visit to the site begins. We’ll review our tour description to make this even clearer for future guests.
We appreciate your comments and hope you still enjoyed the experience overall.

A relaxed Rabat day tour for a couple.
Awesome guys Sila our Guide and our driver Mehdi. Gave our space, explained all key points. Took us to a good place for food too. Did not hurry or push hard for time. They were a good company. Definitely highly recommend this pair.

Great tour even in the rain.
Sila & Elhail were amazing guides and showed us all around Rabat. Even with the weather not cooperating we still seen everything on the tour. I would recommend this tour from Casablanca to Rabat.
