If you’re traveling with a family, or want to enjoy a slow day at Sky Garden, highly recommend getting this ticket for around 9-10 AM as it isn’t too busy, and the sun is out to give you the best views of the city. When you first arrive, you get to have breakfast at your own pace. The food is delicious, but because it is so busy, service time can vary. The views of Sky Garden are amazing! There is no time limit for how long you can stay, so you get to really take it all in. There’s a bar that you can order beverages from- anything from water to coffee to alcoholic drinks. There is a restaurant that is located within Sky Garden, but this is NOT the ticket for that experience. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed with the service. I booked well in advance and requested a small amendment, only to be told it wasn’t possible — no discussion, no effort, just a flat refusal. For something as simple as a breakfast booking weeks away, the lack of flexibility is baffling. Customer service is basically non‑existent, and the whole experience feels rigid and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend booking here if you value even the slightest bit of customer care or adaptability

Even though I made our reservation for breakfast at the Sky Garden months ahead abd prepaud, the day before I received a message that we could not go. This was for my grandson's 18th birthday. I would not recommend this to anyone. They wanted us to go the next day but we had to fly home. Viator did not made our reservation in time. Poor service!

It was simply a rip-off; the food was too little and way too expensive, and the Sy Garden is more of a bar and restaurant than a garden; you couldn't even go outside, and the lock at the entrance was ridiculous, worse than at the airport!
You would have got 5/5 if you maybe had the opportunity to clean the windows not easy to shoot when the windows are dirty sin
„Breakfast + Sky Garden“ is very misleading. Actually, need to eat breakfast at restaurant with no view on the ground floor not at the sky garden before going up.

CHEAPER TO BOOK DIRECTLY ON THE SKY GARDEN WEBSITE - Larch Restaurant food was excellent, sky garden is great. This activity is worth it if you're coming to London but it is 7 pounds PP cheaper on the sky garden website. I booked here and a day later recieved an email saying that they could not proceed with the booking and asked to come the following week, with no mention of a refund. I then had to email three different people to finally get a refund. I simply rebooked direct, saved money and they could accommodate my booking no probl.

Accommodated my severe food allergy and it was such a food breakfast. We appreciated the front of line service! The sky garden was amazing and we even got to go outside! Loved the staff and service. Great experience

Really delicious breakfast at the restaurant. And direct access - beyond the queues - to Sky Garden, where there is the most beautiful 360 degree view beyond London.
