I booked a small group guided tour to Mount St Michele. The booking was done and paid a month in advance. Two days before the tour Cyrus requested us to cancel the tour because we were the only 2 people in the tour. He insisted so much that we decided to accept their cancellation with the condition to get 100% refund. Cyrus assured us that he processed the refund that very same day (April 25th 2026). Today is May 14, 2026 and my bank has not received any refund transactions, there is nothing in transit and Clewel is not responding to my emails. Clewel charged us €650 and provided no service at all. Book your tour with a serious angency.

Going to Mont Sainte-Michel was a bucket list item that did not disappoint. They provide audio guides or tour guides and we chose the tour guide. The history of the abbey is fascinating and the setting so unique. It is a long drive from Paris, 4 hours each way. Our driver, Yuni, did a great job of providing breaks along the way and making sure we were where we needed to be for the guided tour. While it is a long day, it is totally worth it.

Our guide and driver were just the best. We traveled from Paris, our driver was an expert at assuring that we arrived safely and I good time, the same on our return. Our guide was delightful, knowledgeable and thoughtful. The pace of our tour perfect. We recommend you enjoy Mount Saint-Michel as much as we did.

Best way to spend a day and best way to see Mont Ste Michel. The trip was completely worry free! Ellie and Aslan picked us up at our hotel and made great time getting to the abbey. Ellie’s tour was interesting and informative. She kept us engaged and shared great insights. Whether you are a “romantic” or a “realist”, she will tailor the talking points to meet your interest. Great stories and beautiful vistas were the order of the day. Ellie exceeded our expectations in every way, including helping us find an outstanding lunch spot.

What a fantastic experience! The ride to/from Paris was very comfortable and Alex was a wonderful driver. Le Mont Saint-Michel was breathtaking. David was a wonderful guide, very knowledgable and interesting with fantastic information and very considerate of our needs. We enjoyed every single second.

The only way to see Mont Saint-Michel in one day! Roman, our guide, did a great job driving the eight-hour round trip while avoiding heavy traffic the best he could. Escorted us up to the Abbey, skipped the line and secured our place with the onsite guide. Also offered to take various pictures of us! Long day but amazing views of the historic Abbey.

We have David as our tour guide for the day. He’s knowledgeable, gentle, considerate and speak fluent English. It’s a pleasure to have him as our guide for the day. He took good care of us for the whole trip. He explained to us of the history and background of the places we went to. It’s definitely worth to join the tour.

This trip was worth it, especially if you enjoy amazing sites. Mont Saint Michel is a spectacular piece of work! Pros: knowledgeable and friendly guide great driver water available on board regular breaks to stretch or grab snacks advice on where to purchase certain souvenir items Cons: transportation not as advertised (a bit tight on space) long drive & lots of stairs a break down on timing at the start of our excursion would have been nice introduction if driver & guide would have been nice too

This was an amazing experience that I will remember forever. Quincy who was my initial contact, who was very communicative and made sure everything was all set for my pick up. My partner and I were picked up by Roman the day of and he was absolutely wonderful. He made sure we always got a good picture at the sites. He took great care of us to make sure we were checked in and where we needed to be at Mont Saint Michel Abbey tour. My partner and I got engaged that day and he was so kind and got us a gift to remember our day. I’m so thankful for him and making our day very special. We will never forget it. Thank you Roman!

The trip was amazing with Cyrus. He is a great guide with knowledge and story telling skill. Through him got to know history, culture and architecture of France, Paris, Mont Saint-Michel. We had a trip to Old Port city and visited the old wooden church. Overall I would recommend him for these tours.
