I have been diving with Wet Set many times. The staff are kind, professional, and fun. The instructor Juan is extraordinarily safety conscious while also being relaxed, so it makes being underwater with him feel very comfortable. He's also got great eyes for finding marine life and is extremely knowledgeable about the many creatures you encounter and more than happy to talk with you about it. The reefs are healthy and vibrant and the diving is calm. The staff are very helpful with your gear, setting it up, and making sure you have everything you need. They also carry it from the shop to the boats, which are on the beach. Felicity in the office is cheerful and helpful as well and provides dry towels for everyone when you get back to the shop. I will definitely continue diving with Wet Set and recommend them to anyone looking to dive in Puerto Morelos!

I am am a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer since 2012 and I have been diving with Wet Set Divers in Puerto Morelos for over 15 years. I continue to be highly impressed with their Safety, Service and the Quality of the dive sites. The shop is owned and managed by PADI Instructors, so they truly understand their client’s needs and desires. They run an exemplary Dive business with focus on Safety, Environmental Stewardship and FUN!! In addition to the well managed Dive Business, I can’t emphasize enough that the Dive sites are World Class. I can always depend on swimming through schools of fish, seeing Lobsters, Eels, Rays, Turtles ,Nurse Sharks and a lot more!! The Reefs are healthy and shallow enough to afford an excellent photography experience. Thanks again Wet Set! See you next year!!

Wet Set is a great organization to dive with. A very professional dive shop. They offer many different diving sites. The boat crew and instructors are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when needed. I had a small issue and Chris (instructor) was right there to assist me. Juan (instructor) was very patient and helpful at doing a refresher with me. Felicity (manager) is very organized and also very knowledgeable of diving and the sites in Puerto Morelos. I highly recommend diving or snorkeling with Wet Set

The dive shop was very professional and provided everything you needed. I can’t say enough about Chris our dive master who took us out daily showed us amazing things under the beautiful sea. He was patient and was as excited as I was every time we saw something special. He even grabbed the fish book, and we went through it together to find some of the unusual creatures we saw. I would highly recommend this dive shop and can’t wait to come back.

Amazing diving, friendly and competent staff, and so convenient! Just the right balance of checking in and making sure everyone was good to go, and letting us explore underwater. Juan is an amazing guide, clear, reassuring, and just a little goofy. Super reasonable prices - definitely the best shop in Puerto!

Wet Set came highly recommended by friends. At the end of March, I had the opportunity to dive with them for five days. I immediately felt at ease and was welcomed and treated like a friend. The diving is organized extremely professionally, and safety is the top priority. Nevertheless, everything is very relaxed. I’d especially like to highlight our dive guide Juan: He gives clear and helpful briefings, has an open ear for questions, is very helpful and always maintains a perfect overview of the group and their needs underwater. The dive center has its own boats, which are just a few steps away. The rental gear seemed to be in very good condition (I didn’t need it), and they handled the gear I brought with me very carefully. The reef and marine conservation zone is really more than worth coming. Already the diving near the beach has a great highlight with the Ojo del Agua, the reefs are full of life and during eagle ray season the wreck is really the place to go see them. I would can only tell good things about Wet Set and next time I‘m in Puerto Morelos I hope to dive again with them.

I really love diving with this place. I've been going here every year for the past 5 years. It's always a great experience. The staff are super welcoming and professional. They know all the great dive spots in the reef. I highly recommend this place. If you're in Puerto Morelos and are interested in SCUBA diving, or a snorkeling tour of the reef, then Wet Set is definitely worth your time.

We signed our two teenagers and my husband up for classes at The Wet Set based on the great reviews—and they absolutely lived up to the hype! Our instructor, Christopher, was incredibly thorough and made sure everyone felt confident and prepared every step of the way. My husband took the PADI refresher course and said he learned more than he did in his original certification, which really speaks to the quality of instruction. The dive sites were fantastic, and the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and focused on safety—something that was especially important to us while our teens were getting certified. They struck the perfect balance of being kind, fun, and respectful while maintaining a high level of expertise. The seas didn’t exactly cooperate during our trip, and one day our daughter got seasick and wasn’t able to complete her dives. The shop was incredibly accommodating and worked her into another day without any hassle. That level of flexibility and care meant a lot to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend The Wet Set to anyone looking to dive in the area. We’ll definitely be back on a future vacation!

Been to this dive shop multiple times and want to keep coming back. May not be the biggest but they are the best I’ve used in my 21 years of coming to the Caribbean. Scuba or snorkeling their staff is exemplary. They will keep you safe have fun & see amazing wildlife & corals. They are all super experienced and great teachers even the students are anxious or apprehensive. Their equipment is all good & well maintained. I only wish I could stay here all winter. Dave & Flix are rock solid and the only thing they can’t control or fix is the weather. Have done both scuba & snorkel with other family & friends that feel the same way

Four glorious and exciting days scuba diving in the Caribbean Sea with a great team at Wet Set Scuba. Boat dives to the coral with many varieties of fish to see. A night dive to see the different varieties of fish that come out at night. Amazing Cenotes dives in fresh water caverns. And lastly, a deep dive to a wreck on the sea floor. About 90’ ( approx. 28m )
