: We had such a lovely and enjoyable trip! We visited the waterfalls and took a boat ride, and the atmosphere was amazing throughout the day. 😊 Honestly, our guide Amin was one of the best parts of the trip. He was very friendly, helpful, and kind, and he was always there to help us with anything we needed. We felt very comfortable with him, like he was one of us. We really enjoyed the trip. It was a wonderful experience and definitely worth it!

Wasted 2-3 hours and energy before lunch by visiting leather/jewelry factory outlet. Gave less time to spend at attraction, which was the main reason of the trip. Lunch was good. Guide were friendly.

It was a good tour to see major tourist attractions sites in a short time. If you want more frre time at a spot I'd recommend just walking everywhere. Close enough if you live in Kaleici Old Town

It was a very nice trip. With good food and a very nice guide. The organizers also made a great effort to ensure satisfied customers with the transport. Only one minus: Too bad that it is not visible during booking that we also have to visit 2 factories.

I've book this tour expecting a cultural sightseeing tour of Antalya, however the time allocated to sightseeing vs. shopping was completely lopsided. This is what's known as "shopping tour trap". We went from one remote, isolated , overpriced jewellery/leather store to another, and wasted hours of time. By the time,we went to upper Duden Waterfalls, it was around 1 in the afternoon. Our tour guide spent most of his time talking about prices of Turkish leather goods and how silver was taxed in Turkey. Two ladies complained about their time getting wasted and they were treated in an unprofessional, rude manner by the tour operator and those ladies had to take taxis to get back to the city center (the shops were in very remote locations) Advice for my future self and fellow travellers: Always read what's included and what's not included very carefully. Seeing words like 'stopping for a jewellery store, leather goods' etc in the description are major red flags for shopping tour traps. Finally Duden Waterfalls is an amazing place and everyone should see it with a proper cultural tour (or by themselves)

I took the excursion because I had mentioned a French-speaking guide, but the guide only spoke English so I didn't understand anything of their explanations, too bad, plus the meal included in the excursion was not great. Otherwise beautiful things to see

This tour is not highly recommended for families with very young children, mainly because there are several stops at shops, which can be tiring or less enjoyable for little ones. However, overall, everything was very good. Our tour guide, bus driver, and organizer were all excellent and very professional. Our tour guide was also very kind and caring toward children. During the tour, my son had an accident and hurt his arm. Our guide immediately noticed something was wrong, asked us what had happened, and went around looking for some ice to help him. He was genuinely concerned and very attentive, which we really appreciated. The tour was also very affordable, especially considering that lunch was included. Another big plus is the convenient door-to-door hotel pick-up and drop-off. Overall, it was a great value for money, and despite the shopping stops, we had a very good experience. We especially appreciated how caring and helpful our tour guide was when our son got hurt.

Errands was amazing, very passionate and knowledgeable Tour guide. The family thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Cable Car ride and Waterfall were incredible!!

Knowing that not all tickets are included in the price. The boat tour is great, as is the drink with the meal.

The guide was very good, and the hotel pick-up and transfer were well organized and comfortable. The sightseeing itself was enjoyable, and overall I had a positive experience. The main downside was that, presumably to keep the tour price lower, we were taken to two different shops/warehouses during the tour. These stops did not really add anything to the experience, and there was some subtle pressure to buy products, which made them feel more like sales stops than part of the excursion. Lunch was included and the restaurant was good. However, it is worth knowing beforehand that drinks are not included, and even extras such as French fries have to be paid separately.
