Thanks for the experience
We booked this yacht to celebrate a birthday and it was an excellent decision. From the beginning to the end. We loved the boat's atmosphere, especially its decor. We were able to enjoy the views of Miami while we made stops to enjoy the sea. The interior space is cozy and the outdoor area is fascinating. One of the things we enjoyed the most was the jet skis. The captain was very good and made us feel very comfortable. The experience was even better than we expected. It was a different way to celebrate and all of us who went ended up very happy; without a doubt, we must do it again.

Fantastic, exceptional
Super excellent, very good service. The handling when dealing with the client seemed incredible to me, the safety with which they work is special and the jet skis seemed incredible to me, super, I had never experienced something like this, I want to do it again in November, I recommend it 100%, I would give it a 1000.

Amazing day
It was really nice, I went with some friends for my birthday, and we had an amazing time. I’ve been on plenty of yachts before, and this was absolutely the best experience I’ve had so far. Everything was great from start to finish. 100% recommended!

Not worth the money
I had a very disappointing experience with BookMyBoat. I booked a 4-hour trip for about $1,400, which included the boat, jet ski, fuel, docking fees, and a mandatory $400 tip—but the service did not come close to justifying the price. The captain and crew were unprofessional, spending most of the time chatting with each other instead of assisting guests. Communication was difficult as they did not speak English. The jet ski experience was also misleading—only one was working, and usage was extremely limited. The boat itself was older and not in great condition. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, poorly managed, and not worth the cost. I would not recommend booking through them.

All pricing and fees are clearly disclosed in advance on our website and booking confirmations. What you are likely referring to is the standard crew payment ($100 per hour), which is a required industry practice for yacht charters and is paid directly to the crew, not to our company. Regarding your concerns about the crew and communication, this is not typical of our operations. We work with licensed captains and crew who are expected to provide attentive and professional service. We will be addressing this internally to ensure standards are consistently upheld. As for the jet ski, we sincerely apologize if there were any limitations or misunderstandings. Our listings clearly state availability and usage guidelines, but all equipment should be delivered as promised. This is something we will also review with our team. In terms of the vessel condition, we regularly work with a wide range of yachts and strive to present them accurately through photos and descriptions. However, we understand that expectations may vary, and we take your feedback seriously. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
