Very busy, when we visted. Our ever helpful guide made it so easy to just enjoy the views and visit the different areas of the park.
Amelia guided us through the day wonderfully. Despite the heavy rain, we had beautiful views in the park. Amelia is very attentive and speaks good English. With her cheerful manner, she gave us a very nice excursion.
James was the tour guide and was amazing, know how to take photos, let us rest and eat with time, tell us all the good points and history.

Jane our tour guide was the best thing in this tour. She was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. She knows exactly what we needed to see and she always tried to make our trip memorable and easy. I highly recommend her to be your giude if you are visiting the avatar forest
Allen was amazing! From getting picked up from my hotel to see every amazing view we could in the span of 2 days! The trip was very informative and felt like the day was very maximized.
I had 2 differebt guides for the different days. Both Jeremy and Sasha were absolutely lovely. Attentive, communicative and made sure everyone was taken care of. Taking time for pictures and getting to the best spots to save time. It After doing the tour I realize how valuable it was. The sites are massive and a maze of busses, cable cars and activities. It saved me so much time. I highly recommend! The only improvement could be to be clear on the advertisement that certain activities are not included although we do them on the tour. It is not a big deal because it is not expensive and not the fault of the guides but, the company.

This was probably the best tour I’ve ever taken. There’s no way I could have seen all these places in two days on my own. Our tour guide, Michael, was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great experience. Note that there is a lot of walking and climbing stairs, but totally worth it for the views and experiences!
We spent two amazing days in Zhangjiajie and could not have had a better guide than Sasha. From the very beginning, his charisma and kind treatment made us feel confident. He is a person with a deep knowledge of the area; he took us to tour the pillars of the National Park and the impressive Tianmen Mountain with impeccable logistics. What we appreciate most was his ability to take us beyond the conventional. He showed us places to eat as authentic locals; as well as showing us spots for perfect photos. If you are looking for someone who will not only show you the scenery (including the Glass Bridge), but immerse you in local culture and cuisine, Sasha is the right guide. Highly recommended!"
