Don't book this. We never received the tickets via the app. We received a pdf which instructed us to go to the Pub for 5:30. The Pub had no record of us or our reservation from Viator. We tried calling provider and only for machine. We contacted Viator who found booking for pub but nothing for the Mama Mia show. We ended up buying our own dinner and no show.

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive for your evening only to find that your reservation had not come through. After investigating this, we identified a system error which meant that your booking was not received on our side and therefore was never placed with the restaurant or the theatre. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. We have now corrected the issue within our system to ensure this does not happen again. Our team has also contacted Viator to make sure your booking is fully refunded. Don’t miss this show. Best show I’ve seen in London thus far. The singing, acting, and choreography was all superb. And you will laugh with all of the encores. Highly energized all the way through.
