Incredible, from the moment we arrived at the pickup point they waited for us with breakfast, they explained to us how everything would be!, the guides were incredible, always asking how we were, it is an incredible experience.

Excellent experience, perfect for working on mental and physical strength, and also for having patience and faith in nature.

Just finished the hiking experience with my girlfriend. We had an amazing time! Guide was excellent and we were surprised by how nice the food was. We stayed in a private cabin on the campsite which was very comfortable. Highly recommend

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience hiking Acatenango and Fuego! Adolfo was an incredible guide—professional, patient, encouraging, and made us feel safe the entire time. My friend wasn’t feeling well because of the altitude, and Adolfo made sure she was okay and took great care of her. I was the only one from my group able to summit Acatenango, and Adolfo made sure to wake me up at 3:30 AM so I wouldn’t miss my chance to do it. He motivated me the entire way, and I’m so grateful because it became one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. A huge thank you to Fernando, our porter, who was also amazing and helped us so much throughout the hike. I highly recommend Adolfo as a guide and Fernando as a porter. They truly went above and beyond for us! 🌋🇬🇹❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An incredible experience — 100% recommended! Hiking Acatenango and Fuego with Pachamama was unforgettable. One of the biggest advantages is their private trail — it’s shorter, beautiful, and has plenty of shade, making the hike much more enjoyable. But the best part is definitely the guides and porters. They are amazing and genuinely look after you throughout the entire hike. Whether you’re fast, slow, or somewhere in between, there is always a guide with you. Our group naturally separated because everyone had a different pace, but nobody was ever left alone or behind. They were constantly checking on us and offering help. I also highly recommend hiring a porter for your backpack. Arriving at camp with more energy makes a huge difference, especially if you plan to hike Fuego. What made this experience truly exceptional was our guide’s dedication. The weather was very cloudy and we couldn’t see Fuego, but he told us he was willing to wait and that no matter how late it was, if the sky cleared, he would take us. Finally, around 12:30 a.m., the clouds cleared and we started hiking. We got to see Fuego’s eruptions up close, and it was absolutely unforgettable. That extra effort says so much about how much they care about giving you the best possible experience. They also provide lunch, dinner, and breakfast, and the cabins are incredibly cozy. It was freezing outside, but we were warm and comfortable inside. Everything was worth it — the organization, the trail, the service, and especially the people. I would recommend Pachamama 100%! ❤️🌋

Great experience, Challenging hike, Freddy and our other two porters were absolutely amazing, they took as many breaks as we needed, we got along great and were very effecient

Excellent experience, the guide (Manuel) did not leave us alone at any time and was respectful, patient, and went at our pace. Likewise the driver who took us to the tour entrance. Everyone was very kind and understanding. I recommend them 100%.

I took the 4x4 tour to the Acatenango volcano, and it was an incredible experience. There was delicious food, a good view of the volcano, and the guides were attentive to the whole group. I would recommend bringing enough layers of clothing or the necessary ones for the cold up there.

The trip was with the driver Max, who is a very kind and considerate person as he kept informing us about what was going to happen each time: "we are going to stop at the gas station in case you want to buy something," "I have extra jackets in case you need them," "we are going to arrive at such a place and we are going to check in." He has very good driving skills. At the camp, the other people were also very kind, asking how we were, making small talk, asking if we needed anything, and how the food had been. They were very considerate of our comfort, the cold, and even breakfast. The pasta they made for us was very tasty, and the chocolate was too. His treatment was very warm. I really liked knowing that it is a local project that employs and helps many Guatemalan families, as the rest of the agencies are foreign 🫪 Although the weather was not good the day we arrived, the sunrise was spectacular!

The 4x4 Tour with Pachamama Tours was the best decision. The views of the Volcano of Fire were spectacular, the team was very professional, and the cabins were very comfortable. Everything was perfectly organized. An adventure I would recommend 100%!
