At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the last-minute schedule adjustment the day before your tour. While operational shifts or monument ticket timing changes occasionally require schedule updates, we completely understand how disappointing it was to end up visiting during the rain as a result. We are actively reviewing our scheduling practices to minimize late schedule changes and ensure our guests enjoy the best possible conditions.
