Beautiful experience, top guides and great service!
Our two-day trip to Mai Chau and Pu Luong was fantastically organized and surprisingly in-depth. Despite the short time, we learned a lot about the region and the daily life of the local population.
The stay in Pu Luong was a highlight: a beautiful, atmospheric little house with a traditional palm leaf roof, in the middle of the greenery.
The local guides were all very friendly and knowledgeable. In particular, our guide Eddie made an impression: during our visit to the local market in Pu Luong, for example, he passionately told us about the life and sailing of the community. Thanks to him, we got a very authentic insight into how people live here nowadays.
Finally, Wendy deserves a special mention. From the first contact, she proactively participated, was incredibly enthusiastic, and was always ready to help. She also excellently helped us with arranging our stay in Ninh Binh.
A definite recommendation for anyone looking for a well-organized, authentic experience!

Juist die combinatie van een mooie omgeving en echte ontmoetingen met de lokale gemeenschap maakt zo’n reis bijzonder, en we zijn blij dat jullie dat ook zo hebben ervaren.
Geweldig om te lezen dat het verblijf in Pu Luong een van de hoogtepunten was. Een sfeervol huisje midden in het groen, met een traditioneel dak van palmbladeren, past natuurlijk perfect bij de rustige sfeer van de omgeving en maakt de ervaring net wat authentieker. Ook jullie waardering voor de lokale gidsen betekent veel voor ons. Het bezoek aan de markt in Pu Luong is een mooie manier om het dagelijkse leven van dichtbij mee te maken, en we zijn blij dat onze gids zoveel achtergrond en lokale kennis met jullie kon delen. Dat jullie hierdoor een beter beeld kregen van hoe de gemeenschap vandaag de dag leeft, is precies het soort ervaring dat we onze reizigers graag willen meegeven.
Daarnaast vinden we het ontzettend fijn om te horen dat jullie vanaf het eerste contact zo goed zijn geholpen bij de voorbereiding van de reis en ook bij het regelen van jullie verblijf in Ninh Binh. Een zorgeloze reis begint immers al vóór vertrek, en het is fijn om te weten dat jullie die ondersteuning als persoonlijk en betrokken hebben ervaren.

Great cultural and scenic experience
We thoroughly enjoyed our two day experience with Eddy and his team at Divi Travel. It was wonderful scenery and we enjoyed trekking, but mostly we loved interacting with the locals and participating in their cultural traditions. Eddy and Hannah gave us great insight into the people and culture of the region.

Experience
The tour was quite nice. We especially appreciated the food on the boat and the little workshops with the cotton. The lady was very nice explaining everything.
The guide, Eddie, was very good, he spoke great English and was very friendly. Great guide!

Tour in Vietnam
Great tour of two localities in their juice, tourism is growing but we are far from mass tourism. The places visited are superb, the local people, ethie Thai is warm, I sang at a local karaoke with them, very cheerful and simple.
My guide in Mai Chau was available, patient, he explained to me the history of his village, showed me life as it unfolded and as it is in 2026.

Mai Chau & Pu Luong
I found Divi Travel good and easy to work with and a main reason for that is they kept me updated with pick-up and drop off times as I am a lone traveller and those on the group tour stayed at different hotels/resorts.
Our guide Lien did an excellent job as she lives in Mai Chau and knows the history and culture of the area.
I was happy with the tour and can recommend it.

Lovely experience and great guide
I really enjoyed seeing the rurale areas of Vietnam with rice fields, water wheels, and beautiful nature. Our guide Lien was really nice. We saw a lot but it never felt hurried. Highly recommended!

Beautiful culturally active exploration
Very nice and varied cultural tour with Lila as guide.
Learned about the customs and lifestyle of the many settlements in and around Phu Long.
Isolated populations that are self-sufficient and have nature beliefs.
Overall great and especially the second day with lunch on the raft tour. Rarely beautiful nature and delicious freshly prepared meal
