Highly recommended, well worth the money when you visit Ketchikan. Easy to find the meeting point. Multiple stops as part of the tour itinerary. Totem pole stories and information were all very interesting. Our group saw a few bears feasting on salmons. No whales tho, this may be too much to expect. Trolley was a unique ride and Richard our driver was funny and very motivated to find wildlife for the group. A drop off CreekStreet is a must-visit. Very aware of time for us going back to the cruise ship. Thank you for a very memorable experience for me and my family!

Very informative guide. He was funny while always being sensitive to the groups sense of humor. We thoroughly enjoyed this excursion and would do it again. The scenery was just what we wanted to see.

I highly recommend this trolley tour. We were one of two couples traveling together on a Princess cruise and booked this on our own instead of through the cruise line. The pick-up was right there on the dock. Our driver, Richard, was entertaining and informative. When he parked at Herring Cove, he gave options for where to best see wildlife and offered to walk with whoever was interested to some hidden gems. There were only ten of us on this tour, so it was very low-key and leisurely. It took us all around Ketchikan and quite far outside of it, all the way to Herring Cove and Rainbow Falls, which would have been costly cab rides. Admission to the Totem Heritage Center is included in the tour fee. You can be dropped off back at the ship or at Creek Street, a must-see in Ketchikan and where you can also catch a complimentary shuttle back to the docks. Leave the driving to them and just take it all in.

Our guide, Richard Jolly, did an excellent job going above and beyond his duties. We enjoyed our tour immensely.

Great tour. Super knowledgeable on the island of Ketchikan and Alaska as a whole. Took us lots of scenic places. Gave us time on Creek Street at the end. Also took us to our ship so we didn’t have to wait in the long line to shuttle back to Ward Cove where NCL docks. Highly recommended!

This was a very enjoyable and informative tour of Ketchikan. The tour guide was very personable and very knowledgeable about the country of Alaska.

This tour was excellent. Juan was our guide and he was the best!! He shared the history of Ketchikan, but also what it is like to live in Ketchikan. He allowed plenty of time for questions and photo ops. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. We were comfortable and saw all the sites as described, including some extras.

We could not be happier!! Juan was our driver and shared excellent information about Ketchikan, not only about history but also what living in Ketchikan is like. The van was modern and comfortable. Juan allowed adequate time for questions, picture taking, etc. Ketchikan Expeditions, the company that provided this tour was professional, friendly and helpful.
