Thank you gracias for a lovely review James
We were on a tight schedule but wanted to see as much of Liverpool and the Beatles experience. James provided a tour that met our requirements and was a truly knowledgable guide. Would highly recommend.
Thank you so much for asking me & booking through Zing Tours & leaving a lovely review thanks again James
Our Beatles tour with Claire was excellent! Claire came recommended to us - she was friendly, informative and all that we hoped for! We also enjoyed learning about the history of Liverpool as it ties into the history of the Beatles as well.
Thanks so much Chris it was my pleasure - Claire x
James went above and beyond to provide a very personalized journey through the Beatles' neighborhood and story. He took extra precautions to avoid the large crowds that other tours endured. If you're looking for a small-group experience with a knowledgeable guide, this is the tour for you!
James is the best!
James was exceptional! He was so knowledgeable and patient and gave us lots of time for photos! He definitely enjoys his job and wants to make sure his clients enjoy their experience!
James is one of the very best guides in Liverpool he’s great - thanks so much
Dave T. was the best guide, full of memorable stories about each stop on our tour. Organizer worked hard to get us around a scheduling problem. Highly recommended!
Thank you Jeff I know that Dave will be delighted with your lovely review and we are glad you had such a great time thanks James.
Best adventure by far! Amazing tour guide, Liam! Worth every single cent! Highly recommended to really experience Liverpool and the history of the Beatles!
It wasn’t Liam it was me Neil! But I’m chuffed you had a great time and thanks for a lovely review
The flower car that goes around Sefton park caused a jam and wouldn’t move when asked also brake lights not working the driver completely ignored us we had to ask numerous times for him to move . Really ignorant this was today may 1st approx 12.30pm
Until trip advisor remove this review which was not on our tour we will not sell any further tours on Viator / trip advisor platform. We have correctly reported this using the “posted on the wrong site” process & escalated it via Viator who refuse to refer if to a manager & have washed their hand of it saying “Viator has no control over wrong reviews and that’s up to trip advisor” It’s not good enough - the Rolls Royce flower car is always breaking down - that is NOT our tour We had no tour on the date stated by the person who wrongly submitted the review We have never had a tour help up behind a broken down car It’s a ridiculous crank who’s submitted a 1 star awful review whoever’s tour this should be posted against as these things happen But we work extremely hard in tough post covid times & im sick of a stupid “never remove reviews policy” So all our tours are now suspended & I won’t operate another on this platform until this is removed I’m fuming - Neil McDonald
Both guides were proper knowledgeable scousers (Patrick - walking tour and Dave beatles driving tour). Learnt a lot about the city and Fab four with good humour, interesting facts and fables. Will come back again to the muddy pool.
Cheers both Patrick & Dave will be delighted - thank you
