We did this tour with Stepan. He was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He answered question after question. There were only 3 of us American women and 2 German people. He switched back and forth between languages flawlessly. I highly recommend this tour and hopefully you will get Stepan. He even walked with us further after his tour since he was going in our general direction and pointed out areas we had questions about.
This was a great tour we took this afternoon. Our tour guide (Tatiana) was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Highly recommended.

Our guide made a bit of annoying impression! The tour was unfortunately a bit boring. No helpful tips about local restaurants could be given!

The tour guide only got back to me after I messaged about the meeting place. Only then did they mention that there needed to be at least 2 participants. When I messaged back it was returned as undeliverable. Another tour was offered for the next day (more expensive but offered for free) but I was departing Prague for home. Very disappointing.
It is so worth the money and the time. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly and funny.

Although the guide was very enthusiastic and dynamic, the information expected from a city tour regarding the historical and social context of the city was not there. We were given tons of details regarding the exact dates of the facades of the buildings or the statues but nothing about their history or that of the city and the country. As a result, I don't know more about Prague and its culture. Very unfortunate
